JOB SUMMARY: Production manages all Marquee Events and other projects as assigned resort wide. Including but not limited to: HHN, Holidays, Concert series, Mardi Gras etc. Oversees the project from design, production through post.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages overall process of production from design approval through post production. Including but not limited to: scheduling, budgeting, hiring of personnel, inter and intra departmental communications.
  • Builds, manages and reconciles project budgets. Maintains status reports and archives of each project.
  • Adheres to UO Financial policies and procedures, bid processes, negotiations and all aspects of contracting. Also responsible for writing scopes of work.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SCOPE: This position provides direct supervision of the Assistant Production Manager, front-line management (Stage Managers, Talent Supervisors, and Entertainment Production Supervisors) and provides indirect supervision of the Entertainment Operations team (Technical Entertainment Supervisors, Entertainment Coordinators, Technicians, Leads, and Performers). This position also carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

EDUCATION:

  • High school degree or GED is required.
  • Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 Years: Minimum Production Management experience required.
  • 3-5 Years: Prefer three to five years Production Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A new production is assembling a skilled and reliable film crew across multiple cities for upcoming shoots. Roles are open for Production Assistants, Camera Operators with drone experience, and Audio Technicians. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the production team to execute shoot-day operations

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of gear, locations, and production zones

  • Operate cameras or drones to capture high-quality footage (Cam Ops)

  • Record clean, crisp audio on set using professional equipment (Audio Techs)

  • Maintain a professional, on-time presence throughout production days

Requirements

  • Previous on-set experience in your applied role

  • Ability to travel to one of the listed production cities

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

  • For Audio Techs: own audio kit

Compensation

  • Production Assistant: $220/12

  • Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

  • Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
