Caballero Casting is seeking experienced belly dancers for an upcoming feature film titled “Goodbye Girl.” This is a director-selected project, and dancers of all skill levels are welcome to submit. Filming will take place in the Mandeville, Louisiana area.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Experienced belly dancers (all skill levels welcome)

• Must be available Tuesday, February 10 and Wednesday, February 11 for continuity

• Must be able to work in or travel to Mandeville, LA

• Having your own performance costume is a plus (not required)

Paid Background Actors for Feature Film

Job Description
A feature film is casting paid background actors of all ages for upcoming filming in the New Orleans area. The production is also assembling a group of recurring friends (late 20s to early 30s look) for multiple days, making this a great opportunity for talent looking to gain on-set experience and potentially be brought back for additional scenes. A wide range of real-world looks and backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including performers with specialized skills and everyday work experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear as background talent in feature film scenes and follow set direction

• Maintain continuity across multiple takes and stay camera-ready on set

• Arrive prepared, punctual, and available for the full workday

• If selected as recurring, be available for multiple shoot days as needed

Requirements

• Open to all ages

• Must be able to work in the New Orleans area as a local hire

• Recurring friend group: late 20s–early 30s look preferred

• Comfortable working as background talent in a professional production environment

• Minors must have a parent or legal guardian submit on their behalf

• Any experience or skills are welcome (e.g., stand-in, EMT, firefighter, skateboarder, dancer, bartender, restaurant server)

Male Ballet Dancers for Film/TV Production

Job Description
A scripted production is casting trained male ballet dancers to portray featured dancer roles. This opportunity is ideal for performers with strong classical technique who can bring authentic movement and stage presence to camera. Roles will portray characters in the late teens through mid-20s range, so talent should be comfortable playing within that age range.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform ballet choreography on camera with strong technique and control

• Take direction from the choreographer and production team

• Maintain performance consistency across multiple takes

• Bring believable character presence while dancing in scripted scenes

Requirements

• Male ballet dancers with formal training

• Must be comfortable portraying late teens to mid-20s

• Must be able to work in the New Orleans area

• If under 18, must have parent/legal guardian consent to apply

• Professional, reliable, and camera-ready

Compensation
