Project Overview:

We are seeking talent for a medical shoot taking place in Hawaii. Specifically in the MAUI area. This project will involve portraying patients and caregivers and is scheduled for September 30th to October 1st. Travel expenses are covered for non-local talent.

Main Roles:

•Hero Talent:

•Rate: $600 per day

•Usage Rate: $2,000

•Renewal Rate: $900 per talent

Criteria: Men and women, ages 40-80, to portray patients and caregivers.

Extras:

•Rate: $350 per day

•Criteria: Any gender, ages 30-70, all ethnicities, and body types.

Additional Details:

•Preferred: Locals from Hawaii, particularly Maui. Please indicate if you are a local resident.

•Non-Local Talent: Flight, hotel, and $50 per diem per day will be provided.

Important Notes:

•The shoot will take place in a remote Hawaiian location.

•Talent should be prepared for long distances, ATV rides, and extended sun exposure.
