Job Description

Miami Talent Casting is seeking male and female surfers for an upcoming print and video campaign filming in the Orange County and San Diego region. The production is looking for real surfers to portray a natural group of friends, with an emphasis on energetic personalities who feel authentic and comfortable on camera. Talent of all ethnicities is encouraged to apply. Applicants should be comfortable being portrayed around alcohol as part of the campaign concept.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a surfer within a natural group-of-friends setting.
• Participate in print and video campaign content.
• Bring an energetic, relaxed, and authentic presence on camera.
• Follow creative and production direction during the shoot.

Requirements

• Male and female surfers.
• Must be age 25 or older, with talent around ages 25–35 sought.
• Open to all ethnicities.
• Must be comfortable being portrayed with alcohol.
• No visible tattoos unless releases are available for the tattoo artwork.
• Must be able to work in the Orange County/San Diego region.

Compensation

• $300 fitting rate for up to 4 hours.
• $500 session rate for up to a 10-hour shoot day.
• $2,000 guaranteed usage fee.
• All listed rates are subject to a 20% agency fee.
• Gas reimbursement only for talent traveling from outside the area.

TV Project – Child Speaking Roles

Job Description

A television project filming in Vancouver, Canada, is seeking two young performers for paid on-camera roles. The production is looking for a Black/African American boy ages 6–9 for a role with several lines and an outgoing, imaginative Caucasian girl ages 4–6 for a role with potential to recur. Previous professional set experience is helpful but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform an assigned character role for a television project.
• Deliver scripted lines naturally and confidently when required.
• Follow direction from the director and production team.
• Participate in multiple workdays if booked.
• Maintain focus and professionalism while working on set.

Requirements

• Seeking a Black/African American boy, ages 6–9.
• Seeking a Caucasian girl, ages 4–6.
• Girl should have an outgoing and imaginative personality.
• Previous set experience is preferred but not required.
• Union and non-union performers may apply.
• Must be available as a local hire in Vancouver, Canada.
• Must be available for multiple workdays if required.

Compensation

• UBCP rate.
• 110% buyout.

Female Talent for Product Demonstration Video

Job Description

A product demonstration video filming in Miami, Florida, is seeking female talent for an on-camera role. The ideal performer is fluent in English, confident speaking directly to the camera, and able to present products in a friendly, natural, and professional manner. Previous on-camera experience is preferred but not required.
