Job Description:
A24 and Square Peg are casting background actors for the highly anticipated feature film The Drama, written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli. This exciting project stars Zendaya and Robert Pattinson, alongside Mamoudou Athie and Alana Haim. The film is currently in production in Boston, Massachusetts, and offers a unique opportunity to work on set with an acclaimed director and a celebrated cast.

We are looking for Boston locals with distinctive looks to portray background characters in various scenes. No prior acting experience is required, but you must live in the Boston area to self-report to filming locations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Portray background characters as directed by the production team.
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability on set.
  • Collaborate effectively with other cast and crew members.
  • Follow specific instructions regarding wardrobe, makeup, and scene setup.
  • Arrive on time and ready for filming on assigned shoot days.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must reside in the Boston area and have reliable transportation to the set.
  • Open to individuals with unique and distinctive looks.
  • No prior acting experience necessary, but a positive attitude and willingness to take direction are essential.

Compensation Details:

  • $216 per 8-hour day (with overtime pay according to industry standards).
  • Depending on the role, you may be required for 1 to 6 shoot days.
  • This is a non-union project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-camera interviews sharing your experiences as a Patriots fan.

You will work across the business to drive strategic media coverage in top-tier outlets, distilling complex tech concepts into compelling stories and showcasing thought leadership. You will have keen news instincts, a proven track record of successful media placements, excellent written communication skills, and a strong background in conducting and analyzing research. 

Your Impact:
●Develop key messages and execute strategic media relations campaigns
●Proactively identify relevant newshooks and work with partners in the business to bring story ideas to fruition  
●Proactively pitch stories and secure meaningful coverage in target outlets, positioning Publicis Sapient as a leader in AI/GenAI and digital business transformation
●Build and maintain strong relationships with key tech and business media contacts
●Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends, providing comprehensive reports and actionable insights on PR metrics and campaign performance
●Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with overall marketing strategies
●Develop and distribute weekly internal media relations newsletter 

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:
●3-5 years’ technology PR experience; professional services experience a plus
●Deep understanding of the technology landscape and digital transformation trends
●Exceptional pitching skills and ability to craft narratives that resonate with tech journalists
●Proven track record of successful media placements in top-tier tech and business publications
●Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate complex tech concepts into compelling stories
●Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; experience working with senior executives a plus
●Self-starter with a hunger for securing high-impact coverage
●Excellent organizational skills along with the ability meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and handle fast-paced environment
●Proficient in MuckRack and Qwoted PR tools
●Desire to continuously learn new skills
 

Additional Information

Pay Range: $80,000 – $95,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
