Job Description
A scripted TV series is casting non-union men to portray unhoused character types for paid background work in Manhattan, New York. Scenes will film outdoors in winter conditions, so talent should be comfortable working in cold weather and taking direction in a fast-paced set environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray unhoused background characters in winter exterior scenes

• Follow direction from the assistant directors and on-set team

• Maintain continuity in movement, behavior, and positioning between takes

• Arrive prepared, stay professional, and remain camera-ready throughout the day

Requirements

• Men 18+ (non-union)

• Must be able to work as a local hire in Manhattan, NY

• Comfortable filming outdoors in winter weather

• Must be legally eligible to work and able to provide required employment documents if booked

• Wardrobe pieces that support the role are a plus (as applicable)

Compensation

• $181.50 for 10 hours

• Overtime after 10 hours (if applicable)

Job Description
A television series is seeking non-union child background actors to portray kids enjoying a day at the park. This is a paid background opportunity for young performers who can follow simple direction and work in a winter outdoor filming environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a child parkgoer in background scenes

• Follow direction from the on-set team with a parent/guardian present

• Maintain continuity during multiple takes

• Be comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions

Requirements

• Non-union girls, ages 6–10

• Must have a parent or legal guardian available for the entire workday

• Able to work outdoors in winter exterior scenes

• Must provide current photos for consideration

Compensation

• $181.50 for up to 10 hours

Experienced Lady Liberty Performer Background Role

Job Description
A TV series is seeking experienced Lady Liberty statue performers for paid background work. This role is ideal for professional character performers who already have a full Lady Liberty costume and makeup and can convincingly portray a statue look on camera. If you have prior experience performing as Lady Liberty and can maintain a strong, consistent character presence, this is a great featured-style background opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a Lady Liberty statue performer in background scenes
• Maintain a still, statue-like performance with consistent posture and expression
• Arrive camera-ready with full costume and makeup
• Follow direction from the production team for blocking, timing, and continuity
• Remain professional and performance-ready throughout the shoot day

Requirements

• Experienced Lady Liberty performers only
• Must have full Lady Liberty costume and makeup (required)
• Comfortable working long hours and staying in character
• Able to work on an interior TV set in Manhattan

Compensation

• $500 for up to 8 hours
• Overtime pay after 8 hours
