Casting African American Female for Music-Inspired Scene

Job Description
A production is casting an African American female performer for a final wrap-day scene inspired by a lively Bourbon Street atmosphere. This is a pantomime-only role, meaning talent will act out playing the clarinet (or appear with one) but will not be required to perform musically. Background talent will appear in reaction shots alongside the cast, contributing to the vibrant energy of the scene.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear in a Bourbon Street–style scene as a clarinet-playing performer (pantomime only)

• Provide natural reactions and on-camera presence during crowd and cast interaction shots

• Follow direction for placement, movement, and continuity

• Maintain professionalism throughout the shoot

Requirements

• African American female

• Clarinet player or able to pantomime convincingly with or without a clarinet

• Must be available for the full shoot day in Conyers, GA

• Comfortable participating in energetic crowd-style scenes

Compensation

• $140 for 12 hours

Hospital Staff – “Love Her Way” Film

Job Description
A feature film titled “Love Her Way” is casting African American male and female actors to portray hospital staff in an upcoming scene. This is a great opportunity for background performers who can bring realism and professionalism to a hospital environment. Filming will take place in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray hospital staff authentically in a professional medical setting

• Follow on-set direction from the production and casting teams

• Maintain professionalism and continuity throughout the shoot

• Must bring your own scrubs, as wardrobe will not be provided

Requirements

• African American male and female actors, ages 25–45

• Must own and bring professional scrubs to set

• Must be available for filming on Thursday, November 13, 2025

• Must not have previously appeared in “Love Her Way”

• Local to Atlanta or able to work as a local hire
