Job Description
Branded Promo Talent, a leading experiential marketing agency, is seeking dependable, outgoing, and professional team members to represent Dunkin’ at a Grand Opening Celebration. This live promotional event will feature giveaways, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a prize wheel, and interactive brand engagement.

The team is hiring Brand Ambassadors/Handlers and a Mascot to create an exciting and energetic atmosphere while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Ambassador/Handler Duties:

  • Proactively engage with attendees in an upbeat and professional manner

  • Generate excitement and encourage guests to join Dunkin’ Rewards

  • Educate attendees on key product talking points to enhance brand awareness

  • Manage the prize wheel and distribute promotional items

  • Assist and escort the mascot while prioritizing safety

  • Support event operations wherever needed as part of a team

Mascot Duties:

  • Engage with attendees in costume to create a fun and welcoming environment

  • Pose for photos and encourage guest interaction

  • Use expressive body language and movement to generate excitement

  • Communicate non-verbally while in costume

Requirements

  • High-energy, outgoing personality

  • Strong communication and crowd engagement skills

  • Professional, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor

  • Mascot applicants must meet costume sizing requirements:

    • Shoe Size: (F) 6.5–12 / (M) 5.5–11

    • Height: 5’1”–5’10”

    • Apparel Size: (F) S–XL / 2–16 / (M) S–L

    • Maximum 48” hip (non-stretch material)

  • Must follow uniform guidelines (black jeans/pants, black gym shoes; branded shirt provided onsite)

Compensation

  • Brand Ambassador/Handler: $100 flat rate

  • Mascot: $120 flat rate

  • 1099 paid weekly

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Previous brand ambassador or sampling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must provide own event materials (table, cups, tablecloth, cocktail shaker, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • No prior issues with scheduled store or event commitments

Compensation:

  • $100 per 3-hour shift
