Job Responsibilities
- Lead and delegate responsibilities to Brand Ambassador teams.
- Represent Beyond Immerse professionally at events throughout NYC.
- Help transport, set up, and handle activation materials.
- Drive a cargo van throughout New York City when required.
- Keep activations organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous Brand Ambassador leadership or experiential marketing experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a cargo van around NYC.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
Compensation
- $35 per hour.
- 1099 independent contractor position.
Job Description
An experienced Brand Ambassador Lead is needed for an ongoing experiential marketing campaign across New York City promoting a newly launched plant-based sparkling protein beverage. This leadership position is ideal for someone with strong experiential marketing experience who can manage Brand Ambassador teams, oversee activations, and take ownership of on-site execution. The role will continue through the remainder of summer and into the fall, with an immediate start preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Delegate responsibilities and coordinate team members on-site.
- Take ownership of activation setup and execution.
- Drive a cargo van between activation locations throughout New York City.
- Maintain efficient operations in fast-paced event environments.
- Represent the beverage brand professionally during consumer-facing activations.
