An experienced Brand Ambassador Lead is needed for an ongoing experiential marketing campaign across New York City promoting a newly launched plant-based sparkling protein beverage. This leadership position is ideal for someone with strong experiential marketing experience who can manage Brand Ambassador teams, oversee activations, and take ownership of on-site execution. The role will continue through the remainder of summer and into the fall, with an immediate start preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Delegate responsibilities and coordinate team members on-site.
- Take ownership of activation setup and execution.
- Drive a cargo van between activation locations throughout New York City.
- Maintain efficient operations in fast-paced event environments.
- Represent the beverage brand professionally during consumer-facing activations.
Requirements
- Previous Brand Ambassador leadership or experiential marketing experience.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Passion or interest in fitness and wellness.
- High-energy, efficient, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
- Comfortable taking responsibility for on-site activation execution.
Compensation
- $35 per hour.
- 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation Details
- Brand Ambassadors: $25–$27 per hour
- Team Leads: $30–$32 per hour
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Activations typically last 3–5 hours
