Job Description
PBA Promotions is seeking two professional Brand Ambassadors to support a corporate business conference in downtown Chicago. Selected team members will assist with event setup, attendee guidance, check-in support, and distribution of conference materials while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence throughout the event.
Job Responsibilities
- Position event signage in lobbies, elevators, and conference rooms.
- Assist with pre-event setup in conference and breakout rooms.
- Distribute agendas to attendees as they arrive.
- Help participants navigate the conference venue.
- Assist with attendee check-in and building security procedures as assigned.
- Remove remaining event supplies following the conference.
Requirements
- Must speak and understand English fluently.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from downtown Chicago.
- Must provide your own professional business attire and appropriate dress shoes.
- Previous conference, promotional, hospitality, or event experience is preferred.
- Valid identification is required for building security access.
Compensation
- $28 per hour.
- Four-hour shift.
- Approximately $112 total compensation.

A major promotional team is now hiring energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors/Promo People to work the New York Mets vs. New York Yankees Subway Series at Citi Field. Selected talent will represent a major sponsor during one of baseball’s biggest rivalries while engaging with fans and promoting sweepstakes activations throughout the stadium.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy live events, sports marketing, fan engagement, and promotional work. Additional promotional activations may continue throughout the MLB season after the Subway Series events.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage and interact with baseball fans at Citi Field
- Promote sponsor sweepstakes and encourage fan participation
- Represent the sponsor professionally during all activations
- Explain promotional details clearly to attendees
- Assist with event setup and breakdown before and after games
- Work collaboratively with the promotional team onsite
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout events
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must speak and understand English fluently
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Must be available to work all three Subway Series games from May 15th–17th
- Must be comfortable standing and interacting with large crowds
- Prior brand ambassador or promotional experience is a plus
Compensation Details
- $30 per hour
- Guaranteed minimum payout of $120 per game
- Additional paid hours may be available for rain delays or schedule changes
- Potential for ongoing promotional work through July 2026 and beyond
