An experiential marketing agency is seeking dependable, outgoing, and professional event staff to support a charity golf tournament in Woodridge, Illinois. Selected talent will represent a well-known brand during a live event, engaging with attendees and helping create a positive guest experience. Opportunities are available for both Brand Ambassadors and Mascot Handlers.
Job Responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally at a live promotional event
- Interact with event attendees and provide a positive guest experience
- Assist with event activations and promotional activities
- Support event setup and on-site operations as needed
- Work collaboratively with event staff and management
- For Mascot Handlers, assist with mascot coordination and guest interactions

Compensation

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Ford F-450 pickup truck and a 24-foot bumper-pull trailer.
- Manage transportation and logistics for the nationwide marketing tour.
- Set up, strike, and oversee the event footprint at tour stops.
- Coordinate daily tour operations and ensure smooth execution of marketing activations.
- Maintain compliance with DOT routing requirements and tour schedules.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of tour management experience.
- Comfortable driving and maneuvering trailers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for the duration of the tour.
Compensation Details
- $1,470 per week salary.
- $68–$92 per day GSA food per diem.
- Hotel reimbursement at GSA rates.
- 1099 independent contractor position.
- Paid bi-weekly.
