Job Description
A leading promotional event is seeking energetic and reliable female brand ambassadors and managers for a one-day college activation. This back-to-school tour will include direct student engagement, product sampling, and setup of branded activation stations. Ideal for those with promotional experience and a passion for brand interaction.
Job Responsibilities
• Promote a well-known feminine hygiene brand on campus
• Set up and assist at branded activation tents and trucks
• Engage with students and distribute products
• Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
• Follow on-site backup protocol if scheduled as a standby ambassador
Requirements
• Female promotional staff with reliable availability
• Must be local to Tallahassee, FL – no accommodations or travel provided
• Comfortable working early hours (5AM–4:30PM)
• Able to attend dressed and ready by 4:30AM
• Confident, outgoing, and engaging demeanor
• Willing to wear own sneakers and socks; branded wardrobe provided
• Availability on backup standby for last-minute call-in (4:30AM–6AM)
Compensation
• Manager: $43/hour
• Brand Ambassador: $37/hour
• Backup BAs: $40/day flat if not used; regular rate if called in
• Per diem: $50/day flat
• Parking pass provided
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager
- Working with the Marketing Manager and key accounts to integrate PR campaigns with customer promotions
- Coordinating in-store service events and maintaining successful operation
- Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
- Working with the Marketing Manager to develop and refine measurement strategies for PR campaigns
- Development of promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel
- Keeping accurate and timely record of event traffic, production, and inventory
- Identifying new opportunities and efficiency innovations
- Position will be considered for senior campaign management roles based on performance

- College degree or in the process of completion preferred.
- 0-2 years’ experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales OR internship in related field an asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Level headed problem solver with a professional, service-oriented attitude
- Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail.
- Adaptable, dependable and responsible.
- Basic understanding of public relations, communications, and marketing concepts and sales strategy.
