A comedy spec advertisement is casting talent for a high-energy, physical-comedy shoot featuring dynamic character work, action beats, and comedic timing. This production will use professional-grade gear, practical effects, VFX elements, and a costumed creature to create a polished, cinematic spec spot.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform physical comedy and deliver strong character-driven reactions on camera.

• Take direction from the director and collaborate with the team for timing, blocking, and performance adjustments.

• Portray henchman-style characters with clear movement, presence, and comedic awareness as needed.

• Participate in multiple takes and maintain continuity in performance and wardrobe.

Requirements

• Physical Comedy Actor (Male): Playing age 20s–30s, any ethnicity; must be comfortable with physical comedy performance.

• Henchmen: Playing age 20s–50s, any ethnicity; must be comfortable portraying character “henchman” roles and following direction.

• Must be able to work as a local hire (no travel provided).

Compensation Details
