Le/la Head of Sponsorship devra chapeauter la conceptualisation et livraison pour nos clients / agences, des solutions media sponsoring innovantes à même de répondre à leurs objectifs business, en tirant parti de son équipe, des services achats classiques des agences si nécessaire et de nos entités partenaires externes (BusterWood, Régie).
Ainsi, le/ la TV Head of Sponsorship génère du business pour nos clients ainsi que pour l’ensemble des agences media GroupM.
Poste à dimension stratégique et opérationnelle dans le cadre des campagnes.
Responsabilités :
- Conception de solutions « Sponsoring » innovantes et efficaces.
- Conception de solutions sponsoring répondant à l’ensemble des paramètres marketing / ciblage / performances de nos clients.
- Innovation & Développement : Il/Elle est force de proposition et arrive à convertir des solutions innovantes allant notamment au-delà de ce qui est notre cœur de métier actuel : la vente de licence media, placements de produit (réels et virtuels).
- Il/Elle met en place l’ensemble des outils d’aide à la vente (benchmark, évolution marché N-1, CGV, juridique, panorama disponibilités marchés …) à disposition des équipes commerciales GroupM et StudioM.
- Il/Elle met à profit sa culture et connaissance media et ses capacités opérationnelles pour optimiser les investissements de nos clients, diversifier nos sources de revenus et créer des activations véritablement innovantes en coordination avec les équipes commerciales des agences.
- Management d’équipe : management de 2 à 3 personnes, animation d’équipe.
- Management transversal : coordination et étroite collaboration avec les équipes conseil trading, les régies, la direction et les clients.
- Excellence dans le delivery. Suivi des opérations vendues en direct et avec l’équipe pour s’assurer que le rendu est bien conforme à ce qui est vendu (dispositif media, performances constatées), et anticipation des baisses d’audiences ou déprogrammation.
- Garantie de bonne fin et satisfaction client : Le/La Directrice Sponsoring StudioM garantie une relation commerciale et les actions nécessaires pour obtenir une satisfaction commerciale optimale.
- Développement commercial. Etre systématiquement – lorsque c’est pertinent vs les objectifs business clients – en push de solutions/ d’opportunités auprès des équipes commerciales GroupM et des clients au vu des prévisions qui sont suivies de manière régulières et challengées. Il/Elle doit être force de proposition et pro-active sur les solutions sponsoring.
- Le /La Head of Sponsoring doit également être un véritable référent auprès des régies concernées, construire une relation privilégiée pour construire ou bénéficier d’exclusivités GroupM – Il/Elle doit s’assurer de la représentation de groupM sur les priorité business media.
- Présentation & Vente: Il/Elle est à l’aise pour présenter les solutions développées par StudioM à l’oral, en Français et en Anglais. Il/Elle est présente lors des réunions clients clé et fait preuve de la force de conviction nécessaire pour vendre les solutions proposées.
- Reportings : Il/Elle pilote ses chiffres au plus proche et met en place les outils de pilotage nécessaires pour optimiser les négociations individuelles mais aussi Groupe.
Il/Elle coordonne avec le Trading GroupM le suivi et remontées des investissements media par chaîne, agence, annonceur (dashboard / pilotage investissement N vs N-1, rémunération associée).
- Leadership opérationnel & bien-être de l’équipe sponsoring StudioM. S’assurer que les process de travail internes à l’équipe ainsi que les connections avec l’ensemble des équipes StudioM et Commerciales agences sont aussi fluides et efficients qu’ils doivent l’être. Management au quotidien des équipes : feedback formel, points d’étape, 360, plans de développement personnalisés.
- Participations aux appels d’offre. Contribution personnelle ou délégation au niveau de l’équipe, selon l’AO, mettant le meilleur de StudioM au service des réponses aux briefs de nos clients prospectifs.
Profil :
Minimum 4/5 ans en tant que acheteur TV/Multiscreen
