Job Description
A 6-month contract opportunity is available for an experienced Musical Theatre Teacher to join an international team. This role is perfect for a versatile performer and educator with strong skills in dance, singing, and acting, who is passionate about inspiring and training students in all aspects of musical theatre.
Job Responsibilities

Teach all disciplines of musical theatre, including dance, singing, and acting

Develop engaging lesson plans and training programs for students of various skill levels

Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student growth

Collaborate with other instructors and production staff to deliver high-quality performances

Maintain a professional and motivating learning environment
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching musical theatre

Strong proficiency in dance, singing, and acting

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to different teaching styles

Valid passport and eligibility to travel for the contract duration
Compensation

£1666 per month (minus 10% agency commission)

Seeking the following roles:

Male and female vocalists

Acrobatic female dancers (minimum height 5’5″)

Male dancers (minimum height 5’10”)

Circus acts (no flying acts)

Must be available for an international cruise contract running mid-January through late February 2026

Comfortable living and working onboard a ship with a large guest capacity

Must have valid STCW certification and a Seaman’s Book

Strong stage presence, reliability, and ability to take direction
