Job Description
An upcoming detective-themed mini-series is now casting actors and hiring crew members for a gritty, character-driven crime drama set in Los Angeles. The production is currently filling supporting and background roles for both male and female talent, as well as key crew positions. This non-union, passion-driven project will shoot on location around L.A. using top-tier equipment, with a commitment to cinematic visuals and a strong focus on story and performance. All actors will receive IMDb credit, footage for their reels, and meals on set.

Job Responsibilities
For Actors:

  • Portray supporting or background characters in a detective crime drama

  • Collaborate on set with the cast and director to bring scripted scenes to life

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create content for multiple media channels to increase brand awareness, market share, employee engagement, cool culture elevation, and client engagement. Minimum Qualifications:

The podcast space is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the media industry. SEEKING COLLABORATORS AND CONTENT – FUNDING AVAILABLE
Misery Loves Co., a production company, is currently seeking to increase its output by offering full or partial funding for original, short-form, stand-alone content suitable for YouTube, IG, TickTock, etc. as well as festival recognition.
As a published writer and actor with well-over 100 IMDB credits, I am also seeking to collaborate on such content where possible.
All accepted projects will be promoted by a social media manager.
Ideally, content should be provocative/timely/humorous.
However, open to work of any tone that has the potential to go viral or be festival-worthy.
