Extras are needed for the hit series Sweet Magnolias for upcoming scenes filming in Savannah. Casting is open to adults of all types, 18 years and older, to portray hotel guests, restaurant patrons, pedestrians, and various staff roles. This is a great opportunity to be part of a popular production and gain on-set experience while being paid for your time.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray background characters such as hotel guests, restaurant patrons, pedestrians, and staff members

• Follow on-set directions from the production team

• Maintain professionalism during long filming days

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Open to all types and backgrounds

• Must have reliable availability for one or both filming days

• Comfortable working long hours on set

Compensation

• $104 guaranteed for 8 hours ($13/hr)

• $19.50/hr for overtime after 8 hours

• Days will typically run about 12 hours

Job Description
A new social media campaign is looking for real people and families to showcase life in the Savannah region. This project highlights community pride, culture, and the unique lifestyle of local residents. Participants will have the chance to share their stories and be featured in meaningful campaign content.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in campaign video and photo shoots

• Share authentic experiences about life in the Savannah region

• Work collaboratively with the production team on set

• Represent your family and community in a positive, engaging way

Requirements

• Ages 18–30 years old

• Open to African American, Hispanic, and other ethnicities

• Open to individuals, couples, or families with young children (ages 5–8)

• Must live in the Savannah region

• Must be open to traveling outside of Chatham County

Compensation

• Shoots will take place on weekdays (half-day or full-day)

• Travel outside Chatham County required for some shoots

• Compensation provided in the form of meals and a gift bag
