Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the post-production education track

• Teach 3–5 post-production courses annually

• Manage post-production instructors and align course content

• Oversee curriculum, content strategy, and administrative duties

• Contribute to shaping educational standards across the program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of recognized experience in film/TV post-production

• Proven expertise in nonlinear editing systems and full post-production workflow

• Demonstrated ability to teach and lead in a professional training environment

• Specialized training or certifications in post-production preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
