Where does this role fit in?

The Photography & Film Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management of resource sourcing, scheduling, allocation and capture of time for the Photography and Film teams. To assist with the progress monitoring of all production tasks and assist with ensuring estimates and hours are in line with budgets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the dedicated photography and film inbox to triage incoming requests
  • Supporting Producers to estimate timings and quotes on new briefs received
  • Working with key stakeholders, organise and co-ordinate project schedules ensuring all project requirements are planned in effectively
  • Managing and scheduling daily production hours for resource utilising Resource Guru
  • Co-ordinating the booking of freelance resource dependent on project requirements
  • Facilitating weekly team production meetings & raise all resources capacity issue
  • Supporting the Producers on managing projects through their lifecycle including transition from shoot to retouching
  • Checking project progress throughout the day to ensure that we meet deadline

  • You have very strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of dealing with people at a variety of levels and backgrounds
  • You are a strong project manager and have brilliant organisational skills,
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and to plan and prioritise accordingly
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Office
