Role: Content Creator

About the role:

You’ll be the creative voice behind scroll-stopping content that makes health and wellness feel relatable and accessible to real people. Every single day in the Junior Content Creator role is different! On any one day, you might: Working at the intersection of brand strategy and social culture, you’ll transform complex health messages into authentic TikToks, Instagram posts, and video content that feels like genuine recommendations from a trusted friend, not promotional material. We’re looking for someone who instinctively understands what makes content shareable and has the enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and bring fresh perspectives to established brands. This role is perfect for a natural creator ready to turn their social instincts into professional skills while building meaningful connections between brands and their communities. Success means creating content that people actually want to watch, share, and engage with. 

What you will be doing:

  • Be the on-camera talent creating authentic, engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Travel to brand activations, events, and production shoots to capture real-time content opportunities
  • Ideate and capture organic social media content that feels natural and unforced
  • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop concepts that align with brand guidelines
  • Edit fast-paced, platform-optimized videos using tools like Canva, and other mobile editing apps
  • Stay current with social media trends, sounds, and platform features to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Work independently to develop graphics and video content within technical specifications
  • Experiment with Gen AI platforms to enhance creative ideation and content production
  • Adapt your presentation style across different self-care brands while maintaining authenticity
  • Build a wide range of social assets including short-form videos, static posts, and animated content

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Natural comfort and confidence on camera with engaging on-screen presence
  • Personal experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram (personal accounts welcome!)
  • Proficient using mobile-first editing tools like Canva for quick-turnaround content
  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behaviors across key social platforms
  • Creative individual with strong attention to social trends and cultural moments
  • Enthusiasm for travel and flexibility with changing schedules for events and shoots
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
  • Experience with or curiosity about Gen AI platforms for content enhancement
  • Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus but not required
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $51,000.00 to $57,000.00 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.

Role: Content Editor

Location: Hemel Hempstead (hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

 

About the role:

This hands-on role involves managing diverse content across the client’s website, ensuring alignment with brand goals and standards. You will collaborate with the client’s Digital Content and Product teams to drive web and creative digital initiatives, focusing on content creation, optimisation, and effective digital storytelling.
Embedded in the Haven team, you’ll report into the Copy and Content Lead and be primarily focussed on digital content, with some input into wider brand creative and copywriting as required by the team.

This role requires both a confident self-starter with existing and robust digital content operations knowledge and a confident writer across multiple digital channels and formats, with strong attention to detail.

This person will be experienced with managing large volumes of website content (creating and managing workflows and calendars) and dealing with multiple client stakeholders to drive content projects forward. Experience using analytics to make content decisions would be a bonus.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and maintain proposition pages on the client’s website
  • Write digital copy for campaigns and promotions.
  • Produce traffic-driving SEO articles to engage leads.
  • Ensure the client pages reflect correct offers and pricing.
  • Create, build, and optimise landing pages and articles on the client’s website using the Content Management System.
  • Develop copy documents and decks for strategic content initiatives.
  • Copywriting for brand promotions, FAQs, CRM briefs, and digital brochures as required.
  • Sub-edit and optimise other writers’ work for publication.
  • Provide content management support for other digital products as required.
  • Act as support to the Copy and Content Lead, mentoring offshore Web Editor where necessary.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Extensive experience in CMS/content editing.
  • Proficient in copy creation, editing, and optimisation for digital platforms, with strong eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong ability to produce and adapt high-quality web content.
  • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience of translating client briefs into engaging output, to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient English writing skills for engaging and on-brand content creation.
  • Effective cross-departmental collaboration experience.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and personalisation strategies (desirable).
  • Ability to work from own initiative and own ongoing digital tasks.
  • Experience in using digital analytics (desirable).
  • Content Management System training and experience (Contentful preferred)
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Languages spoken (English). Experience of overseeing or implementing the end-to-end content for a large website (planning production, publication and ongoing optimisation and maintenance).
  • Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
  • Agency or editorial experience.

Role:  Content Creator

Location:  UK, Kingston

About the role:

You’ll be the conceptual and creative spark behind content that makes people stop scrolling and start sharing. You’ll be our content cultural insider – the hyper-reactive, socially attuned conceptual content creator who lives in the feeds and has their finger permanently on the pulse of what’s happening right now. You’re the person who watched every Love Island episode, knows which TikTok sound is about to blow up, and can spot a meme opportunity before it even happens.

Working at the intersection of ice cream indulgence and pop culture obsession, you’ll create low-fi, authentic social-first content that feels like it came straight from your group chat. You understand that the best brand content doesn’t feel like brand content at all – it feels like something your most chronically online friend would post.

You’ll turn ice cream moments into cultural conversations, making our brands feel like they belong in the same space as memes, festival content, and whatever’s trending on your FYP.

We champion the perfectly imperfect, screenshot-worthy content that makes people go “this brand just gets it.”

Success means creating content that people actually want in their feeds – content they tag their friends in, save for later, and remember when they’re at the supermarket. You’ll translate brand personalities into entertaining moments that feel native to each platform.

We’re looking for someone who can spot the perfect meme-able moment in a product launch, finding fresh approaches that tap into trending conversations while delivering brand messages.

What you will be doing:

  • Concepting, filming, editing and producing content for organic / paid socials.
  • Create thumb-stopping social content that entertains first and sells second, and makes viewers want to ‘eat-with-their-eyes’.
  • Translate brand messaging into consumer-friendly content that people relate to.
  • Visualise content concepts via storyboarding and conceptual pitch decks
  • Craft concepts that balance humour with product truth and concept content ideas that ride the wave of internet culture while maintaining brand relevance
  • Transform boring product features into entertaining narratives that people actually want to watch
  • Stay obsessively current with platform trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles
  • Deliver work that generates shares, saves, and comments, not just impressions
  • Build content systems that allow for rapid response to trending topics and viral opportunities
  • Experiment with new formats that surprise and delight food-loving audiences
  • Comfortable jumping between a DSLR camera and high-res iPhone camera using lo-fi lighting equipment and shooting equipment
  • Spearhead quick-turn reactive content that puts our brands at the centre of cultural moments
  • Use AI platforms to empower fast-paced, innovative content creation processes
  • Work alongside social teams to amplify brand content engagement across multiple platforms like TikTok and Meta
  • Strong editing skillset being able to reimagine one asset multiple different ways using Premier Pro

What you need to be great in this role:
