Diese Aufgaben warten auf Dich:
- Du entdeckst, konzipierst und entwickelst neue Formate im Bereich Reality und Entertainment
- Du übernimmst die programmliche Steuerung und arbeitest eng mit den Redaktionen der Mediengruppe RTL zusammen, die die redaktionelle Betreuung der Formate übernehmen Du optimierst bestehende Formate unter Berücksichtigung der für TVNOW wichtigen KPIs
- Du wertest den nationalen und internationalen Formatmarkt aus
- Du unterstützt bei der Evaluierung und Optimierung der TVNOWContentstrategie
- Du leistest redaktionelle Unterstützung beim Programmeinkauf
- Du arbeitest besonders eng mit folgenden Bereichen zusammen: Channel Management, CRM, Marketing sowie den Programmredaktionen der Mediengruppe RTL
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Geisteswissenschaften bzw. eines vergleichbaren Studienganges oder hast Deinen Abschluss an einer Filmhochschule gemacht
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Programmentwicklung oder der Produktion und verfügst über profunde Kenntnisse des nationalen und internationalen Formatmarktes
- Du bist gut innerhalb der deutschen und – wenn möglich – internationalen Produktionslandschaft vernetzt
- Du überzeugst durch Deine starken analytischen Fähigkeiten und scheust nicht den Blick über den Tellerrand
- Du handelst proaktiv, eigenverantwortlich und teamorientiert und überzeugst durch Organisationsstärke
- Du bist kreativ und hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien
