  • Du entdeckst, konzipierst und entwickelst neue Formate im Bereich Reality und Entertainment
  • Du übernimmst die programmliche Steuerung und arbeitest eng mit den Redaktionen der Mediengruppe RTL zusammen, die die redaktionelle Betreuung der Formate übernehmen Du optimierst bestehende Formate unter Berücksichtigung der für TVNOW wichtigen KPIs
  • Du wertest den nationalen und internationalen Formatmarkt aus
  • Du unterstützt bei der Evaluierung und Optimierung der TVNOWContentstrategie
