A feature film production is seeking skilled crew members to join an upcoming project filming in San Diego. This opportunity is ideal for experienced film professionals looking to collaborate on a feature-length production. The project is currently building its core crew across several departments, offering a chance to contribute to the filmmaking process from pre-production through principal photography.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production tasks within your assigned department

• Collaborate with the director, producers, and department heads to execute production goals

• Support on-set operations including equipment setup, wardrobe, makeup, props, and camera preparation

• Maintain professional communication and workflow with the production team

• Ensure efficiency and organization during filming and production preparation

Requirements

• Experience in film production or a specialized crew department

• Positions available include assistant director roles, camera assistants, makeup, hair, costume design, set decoration, production design, grips, sound crew, prop department, and wardrobe team

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced film set environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Must be able to work in San Diego
