This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our London Office.
The Role:
We are looking for a process led and detailed orientated Digital Content Manager to manage a solid database and archive library of our growing catalogue of content in this newly created role based in our London Office.
They will work closely with the Senior Operations Production Manager to ensure all our content is logged and stored efficiently. This role would be responsible for ensuring ALL historic content made by Moonbug has been delivered with full assets and is easily available for the wider visibility of the company.
They require great management skills with clear communication to Studio management and require someone who has a good technical knowledge of the video editing process and post production storage.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to work independently, good time management and prioritisation will be expected.
This position will be working closely with the production teams and post production department as well collaborating with the localisation team and 3rd party vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Organised with asset and data cataloguing experience
- Strong knowledge of both post production and production processes
- Experience working with multiple departments.
- Working closely with the Senior Post Production Manager & Senior Operations Production Manager and Production/Creative teams to be responsible for full storage of all assets across all content
- Creating process and accountability around our content storage
- File management and asset organisation
- Identifying post production issues and advising / escalating for resolution
- Solution-oriented approach to solving internal and external challenges.
- Extremely organised, motivated and personable team manager.
- Eye for details and offering solutions to problems
- Offering advice to wider team for shooting solutions
Requirements
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Post Production Asset Management
- Strong attention to detail.
- fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to keep colleagues
informed in a timely manner.
- Excellent managerial skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with colleagues and key external clients.
- Knowledge of vfx/animation content a plus
- Technical understanding of video codex/containers and processes
