In addition to capturing social media content, this individual will be a team player who loves to collaborate and contribute to brainstorming new ways to put our brand and message in the best light and most authentic way to accurately depict the innovative approach our clients have on the construction industry, and to recruit highly skilled individuals to join their respective teams.

Responsibilities

CREATE:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to market the company and create brand awareness
  • Create, write and proof original written content that is contextual to each social channel and aligns with the brand strategy and company culture to review with social media manager in the form of post copy drafts, story boards, journalistic interview questions & prompts for social features & to promote engagement, etc.
  • Utilize basic video, photo editing and design skills to produce graphics, short videos, and animations for
  • social posts

CAPTURE:

  • Identify and organize opportunities to capture social media content at our office, with local partners, and on external jobsites.
  • Comfortable capturing footage from a phone, GoPro, and/or camera, and editing short videos and photos for social posts
  • Be available for occasional work outside of normal working business hours for monitoring our social channels and capturing event-related content when necessary.

COLLABORATE:

  • Work with the marketing team to manage the social media content calendar
  • Work cross-functionally with other internal teams to get the assets you need and to align with company-wide and industry-wide initiatives
  • Collaborate on design and marketing projects from ideation to execution with the marketing team

ENGAGE:

  • Own community development, not only monitoring and responding to comments, but actively engaging others with our industry, establishing networks with industry leaders, as well as with clients & potential clients
  • Consistently brainstorm to identify new ideas and strategies to drive engagement and audience growth, sharing new marketing ideas and inspiration

ANALYZE:

  • Actively research industry-related news and client-related news, as well as trending topics within the Construction Industry (events & education, industry advancements, widely recognized dates within the construction community)
  • Analyze social media performance analytics, and share high-level weekly & monthly reports with the marketing team, adjusting optimal post times as necessary
  • Keep pace with the social media marketing industry’s trends and developments, keeping the broader team informed of how they could be used to reach our team goal

Qualifications

  • You know what type of content works best on each channel: namely Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well as keep up with happenings on more trendy channels like TikTok
  • You know the fundamentals of Adobe Creative Suite and are someone who can constantly generate/source ideas and can tap into resourcefulness to get things done effectively.
  • You are personable and work well with others, ready to dive in and engage with those you are filming and featuring, making them feel as comfortable and natural as possible
  • You have a knack for identifying opportunities within conversations or daily happenings for social media coverage or spotlights
  • You are talented with words and have an eye for design — able to create unique, engaging visual content and written captions for social media.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue to build and set the overall marketing strategy for 3DLOOK
  • Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand gen, content marketing, product marketing, and more
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, CSM, and leadership, to drive new business, cross-sells, and upsells, and be confident in setting and hitting lead generation goals to support company financial goals
  • Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns

Position Summary

Responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Bank’s marketing plan, strategies, and tactics to support the Bank’s brand and market position to attract and retain customers. Works with all business functions to execute the Customer Experience (CX) objectives of reducing friction, empowering customers and employees, and delivering personalized experiences.

We are looking for a Director, Branded Creative that will ideate and develop creative concepts for both 3BLACKDOT Owned & Operated (O&O) Content Lifestyle Brands, as well as built-if-sold digital content series and branded campaigns that live on talent channels, and which are financed by third party brands. This is a heavily integrated role that will work cross-functionally on the development, organization and execution of these projects with our internal marketing, content, production, talent, and sales teams as well as having presence with external clients. The Branded Creative Director will manage projects from start to finish and is responsible for delivering final work to spec on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the creative lead and represent the marketing mindset on creative projects involving brand partners
  • Partner with sales to interface with clients and develop custom, integrated, multi/cross channel, entertainment programs under our owned and operated brands, and/or on talent distribution channels, that perform highly and create deep and consistent consumer engagement within profitable budgets. This is about integrating brands into our digital storytelling in highly authentic ways and the majority of opportunities will be non-scripted

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital branded entertainment creative development and production. At least 3 years should reflect hands-on involvement in production.

Job Description

As the Director, 3D, you will be responsible for leading digital development and constructing roadmaps for all CG products, establishing a key set of technical features and elements for product experience, creating 3D virtual collections without the need of physical samples, and implementing digital visualization technology and 3D content for use by the Product and Commercial teams.

The Role:

  • Plan and oversee 3D projects, including the management of budget and creation of development calendars with milestones and internal/external input
  • Source and collaborate with third party 3D studios and vendors to ensure project visions are met and to support collaborations
  • Negotiate contracts with consulting firms
  • Select correct fundamental technologies for new 3D projects
  • Create a visual style based on the vision for the project
  • Design and provide art direction for various projects in collaboration with designers and merchants
  • Collaborate with overall Product Team to Create 3D visual content for internal and wholesale presentations
  • Provide coaching and share technical expertise with in-house 3D designers
  • Create and maintain 3D library
  • Participate in creation of Sales Meeting and Sales Conference presentation content
  • Build strong cross functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales Planning, Merchandising and Product Development and Engineering.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to maximize the use of 3D content across the business
  • Implement best industry practices; drive continuous advancement of 3D tools and applications; research and implement emerging 3D tools and 3D trends

About You:

  • A minimum of 4 to 6+ years in 3D industry
  • A minimum of 2 years in a project leadership position
  • Demonstrated proficiency using digital design applications such as Maya or Modo, V-ray or Arnold, Zbrush, Keyshot, Photoshop
  • Experience with Substance Designer/Painter, Rhino, After Effects or Nuke a plus
  • Degree in Design an asset
  • Collaborative and supportive leadership style; able to coach and provide direction to 3D team members and 3D content users
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Process orientation: demonstrated ability to develop repeatable processes

The Director of Music is responsible for all aspects of the music program at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church including but not limited to weekly worship music, musical performance groups, annual church musical, and the concert series.

Role and Responsibilities
To creatively schedule worship details with the pastoral staff
To provide weekly worship music that includes keyboard
To assess the viability of hand bells, children choirs, and other ensembles and lead those groups as necessary
To recruit church members for various musical functions within the program
To develop and manage a budget necessary to conduct a successful music program
To organize and coordinate a committee of volunteers to promote a concert series for the church membership and community
To maintain the instruments purchased for use and to recommend future acquisitions
To maintain a database for musical information, ex. Choral library
Define musical particulars within each worship event and coordinate planning with the pastoral staff
Coordinate activities for musical groups that may extend beyond the church itself into the community
When possible, integrate musical efforts with other programs and staff/committee members at St. Peter’s
Participate in meetings related to the worship of the congregation, including but not limited to the Worship Committee, Staff meetings, Program Staff meetings and any other committees that will be affected by the music program
Ensure adherence to and reporting of music copyright and licensing laws
Provide content on music ministry for monthly newsletter or website
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements
A degree in church music, music education or applied music that provides an individual both the musical skills and the people skills to perform individually, as well as to work with individuals and groups of all ages
A solid background in church history, hymnody, choral music (both traditional and contemporary) and a willingness to develop knowledge of the Lutheran liturgies
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Friendly and professional communication skills
High level of comfort with electronic media. Computer skills including Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook
Competency with playing the organ, piano, keyboard, and other instrumentals, as well as vocals, including the ability to sight read and transpose music

Preferred Skills
A competency and appreciation for Lutheran liturgy and music
A working knowledge of the ELW, LBW, WOV, Worship and Praise, and other hymnals and collections of traditional and contemporary music
Familiarity with digital presentation tools including Proclaim, PowerPoint, and streaming video content similar to YouTube
