We are recruiting a remarkable Senior Director of Marketing to drive revenue through a best-in-class marketing strategy, lead its marketing program and take the marketing organization to new heights. Reporting to the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead all aspects of marketing, from demand gen and digital to product marketing, content to brand and PR, and everything in between. You will be working in close collaboration with the founding team and other executive leaders in sales, product, engineering, and customer success to grow our flagship e-commerce product YourFit into a global industry-standard virtual fit solution.

Responsibilities:
- Continue to build and set the overall marketing strategy for 3DLOOK
- Build, lead and mentor a team of marketers across demand gen, content marketing, product marketing, and more
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, CSM, and leadership, to drive new business, cross-sells, and upsells, and be confident in setting and hitting lead generation goals to support company financial goals
- Design cross-functional and cross-channel campaigns
- Be at the forefront of new marketing technologies and strategies to innovate, improve efficiency, and increase results
- Partner with client-facing teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned with other acquisition and retention initiatives
- Ownership of the full customer journey through all marketing touchpoints
- Own the 3DLOOK story across all constituents from customers to prospects, partners to investors, employees to end users
- Manage contractors, vendors, and the 3DLOOK overall marketing budget
- Design, craft, and organize integrated campaigns such as webinars, email marketing, and digital across the entire customer lifecycle
- Setting the marketing strategy: Set goals, plan, and prioritize across all areas of marketing
- Product Marketing: Gain a deep understanding of the audience, develop positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to the key personas in both enterprise and mid-market verticals
- Marketing team management & hiring: Manage the current augmented global marketing team, plan for future hiring, and hire marketers passionate about driving growth and telling a story
- Be a cross-functional leader: Collaborate on strategy across the company, be the voice of the customer, provide the marketing perspective, and serve as the liaison between product and GTM functions
- Marketing tools and operations: You will define and augment the tools and processes needed to scale the marketing team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of related work experience, preferably both in startups and big companies
- 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Breadth in all areas of marketing, depth in product marketing, and growth marketing/demand generation
- Previous working experience in e-commerce would be a big plus
- Experience with the promotion of apps/services within Shopify or other commerce platforms would be a big plus
- Demonstrated experience and comfort owning pipeline volume and revenue goals
- High-quality bar: customer-first marketing strategies and experience in driving revenue via marketing
- Experience with marketing tools and automation such as Hubspot etc
- Previous experience managing contractors or outside agencies
- Experience in a content-heavy role
- A right and left-brained thinker; you’re as comfortable with a technical piece of content as you are creating brand work

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. They are responsible for maintaining the company’s production assets and working with the department production calendar so that equipment is ready for each project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support production staff with variety of projects using production gear including various models of cameras, lenses, tripods, and other gear related to shooting.
- Work with Production team to build sets for production needs.
- Assist with general duties.
- Maintaining production equipment before and after projects.
- Coordinate the tracking of all production assets.
- Assist with research and ordering of equipment.
- Support with reporting and tracking maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Ingest media into company’s archiving system and prepare media for Editors.
- Log footage and edit basic to intermediate level projects.
- Operate additional cameras as needed for production needs including live events.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
