About you

As a Content Producer for the EdTech portfolio, you will be joining a Content team of four and will be responsible for the programming and onsite delivery of up to three content features for our flagship show Bett UK.

This will include programming across one of our most recent and most exciting launch features: Esports @ Bett. You will also support on the portfolio’s 365 content-marketing campaign and pre-show speaker logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management of content across your allocated features.
  • Content generation: responsible for conducting a research campaign and analysis of key subject areas and trends.
  • Accountable for editorial speaker recruitment across allocated features. Bett is committed to producing an inclusive and representative content agenda for our visitors, and your programmes and speaker recruitment should support and reflect this.
  • Content development: evolution of themes, topics and formats designed to deliver new audience segments to Bett.
  • Collaboration with the Sales team to maximize revenue from each content feature whilst ensuring that the quality of the content is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Collaboration with the Marketing team to deliver buyer side visitors by leveraging strong speaker line ups with associated content marketing which may include video, written and social media-based campaigns.
  • Supporting Bett’s 365 Digital Content Campaign: Working with other content team members to commission new pieces of editorial content for newsletters, Bett’s community hub, and social media.
  • Project management: working with the show project teams including marketing, sales and operations to deliver to deadline and within budget
  • Onsite delivery: managing onsite execution of content features to exceptional standards of customer service.
  • Speaker logistics support: Including, but not limited to, sending out speaker instructions, collecting speaker assets, updating speaker profiles and agendas on the Bett website.
  • ESG Initiatives: Supporting the team with the generation and development of new ESG content initiatives to ensure Bett is driving awareness into sustainability.

Skills Required

  • Established experience of conference production.
  • Experience within the technology or education sectors beneficial, but not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • A high level of commercial awareness and be target and deadline driven.
  • Strongly results-focused, able to clearly demonstrate success via proven metrics.

Our client is a full-service agency specialising in the entertainment /music industries. They work with with a wide range of clients from music labels, artists, to promoters. They have an exciting opportunity for a social content producer to join the team.

The role

We’re looking for a creative and social media savvy digital content producer, to help us produce our agency’s social and wider creative content output, which includes (but is not limited to) TikTok content, performance videos, lyric videos, photo shoots, music videos, music packshots, social-driven branding projects and bite-sized multimedia social content.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience as a producer in social & entertainment. You will have a brilliant creative eye, are experienced at project managing a range of creative projects inside social and/or digital content, and understand the intricacies of the music industry & social media.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating the logistics of every aspect of our content ‘shoots’ and other multidisciplinary content. Including aiding the creation of treatments, budget, timeline, insurance, health & safety, freelancers and call sheets. You’ll need to be really comfortable managing lots of different contributors, whether that’s the artists themselves and their management team, brand representatives, or freelancers assisting with things like photography, videography, hair, make-up… the list goes on.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project management & production of the agency’s content output (this includes weekly and ad-hoc social content, as well as larger creative studio jobs).
  • Organising job logistics from pre-production to post-production (this includes being on-site for shoots).
  • Managing project budgets, keeping jobs on track financially & working with our finance team to keep track of invoicing.
  • Sourcing of freelancers for specific jobs & building your own freelance network in various creative disciplines.
  • Working with the leadership team including our Co-Founders & Creative Director to build the agency’s studio product from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a producer who can handle the overall product/project management, development schedules, and maintain communication between both internal and external teams. As a member of the school’s Communications Office, the content created by the copywriter both supports and executes the school’s overall communications strategy. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the director of communications in creating and executing strategic, forward-looking communications using both traditional and digital media to showcase and build the reputation of St. Andrew’s School. 
  • Manage a school-wide editorial calendar and strategize the generation and distribution of content across platforms, including a weekly plan for content across school social media channels, in collaboration with the director of communications.
  • Primary writer for all SAS website news articles, blog posts, announcements, and other temporal website copy. Generate compelling story ideas, research stories, interview subjects as needed, write and edit all copy, gather relevant images, video, or other digital assets, and post completed stories to the website. 
  • Manage “posts” module of school website content management system, including search engine optimization of all articles. Collaborate with director of communications on broader website management. Proofread all website copy when pages are updated.
