Job Description: Visionary Projects is seeking a diverse group of talented artists and creators to participate in an upcoming small-works group show. This large-scale group experience will feature at least 100 individual pieces and aims to shine a spotlight on the unique talents and expressions that make up The Collective. We invite artists and creators at all stages of their careers to submit their contemporary artwork for a chance to be part of this dynamic exhibition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and submit original artwork that fits within the specified mediums.
  • Ensure artwork is prepared for exhibition, adhering to any size or format requirements.
  • Cooperate with Visionary Projects’ staff for the curation and setup of the exhibition.
  • Provide high-quality images and descriptions of submitted work for promotional purposes.
  • Be available for potential artist talks, interviews, or exhibition events.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Open to artists and creators from all career stages and backgrounds.
  • Artwork mediums accepted include: painting, digital art, printmaking, illustration, photography, mixed media, and sculpture.
  • Ability to meet deadlines for submission and delivery of artwork.
  • Artists are responsible for the shipment of their artwork to and from the exhibition venue, if required.

Compensation:

  • Selected artists will receive exhibition exposure at a prestigious venue and will be featured in promotional material.
  • Artists retain the rights to their work and may list their pieces for sale, with Visionary Projects facilitating sales without commission.
  • Artists will gain networking opportunities within The Collective and with potential collectors and audiences.

You will be responsible for developing creative based on the brand vision as defined by the Creative Director. Ensure that visual communication standards are met across all channels. Collaborate with creative, editorial and account teams to create innovative, compelling work that balance art and commerce.
