Job Detail: As a Director’s Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Director, ensuring the smooth operation of projects from inception to completion. This role demands a high level of organization, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in day-to-day activities, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all elements of the project are aligned with the Director’s vision.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and other staff members or external contacts.
- Manage and organize the Director’s calendar, including travel arrangements and event planning.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of project-related tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide creative input and feedback when required.
- Participate in meetings and take detailed notes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Film, Media Studies, Communications) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
