Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth visual research to support various projects, including documentaries, advertisements, and digital media.

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to understand project needs and conceptualize visual strategies.

  • Source, curate, and manage images, videos, and other visual materials that align with project themes and objectives.

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of visual resources, ensuring easy access and organization.

  • Stay abreast of current trends in visual media, including photography, graphic design, and digital art.

  • Work within project timelines and manage multiple research tasks simultaneously.

  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on visual elements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

  • Ensure all visual materials adhere to legal and ethical standards, including copyright and usage rights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Film Studies, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual research or a related role.

  • Proficient in using digital media libraries and understanding copyright laws.

  • Excellent eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
