Little League Baseball Teams + Coaches + Families (Background Roles)

Job Description
A production filming near Wilmington, North Carolina is casting real Little League baseball teams for an upcoming scene. They’re looking for 1–2 teams of different sizes with true Little League (Majors) experience, plus potential coaches and family crowd to fill out the stands. This is a paid background opportunity for youth athletes and supporting community members who can bring authentic baseball energy on camera. Teams must be within reasonable driving distance of Wilmington and able to work as local hires.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-camera baseball scenes as a real Little League team

  • Follow direction from the production team for gameplay beats and staging

  • Maintain continuity across takes (positions, actions, reactions)

  • For coaches: support the scene as an on-camera coach presence

  • For families: portray a lively crowd with natural cheering and reactions

Requirements

  • Little League Baseball Teams: Any gender, any ethnicity, ages 9–12

  • Teams must have Little League (Majors) level experience

  • Seeking 1–2 teams of different sizes

  • Coaches: Any gender, any ethnicity, ages 18+ (real team coaches preferred if requested)

  • Families/Crowd: Any gender, any ethnicity, ages 8+

  • Must be able to provide your own wardrobe based on production guidelines or attend a fitting if needed

  • Must be within driving distance (local hire; no travel provided)

Compensation

  • Guaranteed $96 for 8 hours

  • Time-and-a-half after 8 hours

DA Staff (Background Role)

Job Description
A television production is casting background talent to portray DA Staff in a police department “bullpen” scene. This paid extra role is a great fit for performers who can deliver a professional, office-ready look and blend naturally into a busy law enforcement environment on camera. You may be asked to attend a costume fitting, and you must be able to provide your own wardrobe based on provided guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portray district attorney staff in a police department bullpen scene

  • Follow direction for movement, timing, and continuity

  • Maintain a polished, workplace-appropriate on-camera presence

  • Attend a costume fitting if requested and arrive set-ready with wardrobe

Requirements

  • Any gender, any ethnicity

  • Ages 25+

  • Must be able to provide your own wardrobe (per production guidelines)

  • May be asked to attend a costume fitting

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional on set

Compensation

  • Guaranteed $96 for 8 hours
