Integral member of small marketing team, executing multi-pronged strategy that spans supporting the campaign photoshoots, creative project management, sample trafficking, gifting, social-media, brand activations and public relations. This role will be hybrid and will require being physically in office or store 3-4 days per week.

 

CONTENT SUPPORT:

Photo Shoots:

·       Assist and support in the planning and pre-production of look book, content and ecommerce shoots, including casting of talent, studio, styling, etc.

·       Manage sample coordination between LA/NY offices

·       Be on-set at all shoots to support with production needs

·       Be on-set at all shoots to either take or manage social content creation

·       Image asset distribution in partnership with creative team on a seasonal basis

·       Manage invoice reconciliation post shoot

·       Support with the list of asset needs from each shoot (detail shots, videos, bts, etc)

 

SOCIAL MEDIA:

·       Assist and support in the planning, sample tracking and production of social-first content creation in collaboration with creative team

·       Support the execution of social posting, community management as needed

 

 

MARKETING SUPPORT:

Retail:

·       Partner with Brand Marketing Manager on store styling initiatives and events

·       Support any retail traffic driving initiatives including partnership launches, parties, dinners, etc.

·       Manage asset production needs related to retail/events

 

 

WHOLESALE:

·       Work cross-functionally with wholesale team members to traffic samples for market needs, photo shoots, etc.

·       Attend and support seasonal Market meetings and Joor shoots as needed

·       Support co-op advertising asset needs in partnership with Brand Marketing Manager

 

CELEBRITY/INFLUENCER:

·       Support Brand Marketing Manager and Social Strategy by sourcing lists of key celebs/influencers for brand specific marketing initiations and collaborations

·       Support Brand Marketing Manager with influencer project management and day-to-day logistics and communication with talent teams

·       Manage ongoing gifting program for paid and organic ambassadors

·       Communicate daily with stylists, editors, influencers, and talent agents to fulfill sample and product requests

        

GIFTING/SAMPLES:

·       Partner with team to identify key gifting styles each season that are aligned with wholesale and DTC investments

·       Manage inventory and product gifting including packaging and send outs

·       Oversee and coordinate sample and gifting sending outs

PRESS:

·       Support in creation of seasonal and project specific press releases, work to identify key press outlets and pitch long / short lead press stories in partnership with Director of Digital Creative

·       Monitor press hits and distribute company-wideon a monthly basis

·       Coordinate press days and/or appointments to push seasonal collections in partnership with team

 

SKILLS:

·       Familiarity with sample trafficking and influencer databases such as Fashion GPS, Launchmetrics, and Dash Hudson

·       Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Execution – Be the Social Quarterback (40%)

  • Own the Organic social success and growth plan – Lead the overall management, execution, and growth of both brands across all social media platforms nationally.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel content calendar and help shape the overall organic social media strategy, community management, platform tone of voice, audience growth plan, content creation and calendar, and measurement with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, and LinkedIn. Additionally, determine how ambassadors/influencers play a part in each platform strategy.
  • Lead the creation, development, and execution of ownable best-in-class social media strategies for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Strategize and collaborate with creative, copy and ambassador leads to produce premium content in line with brand standards, as well as the product and growth pillars.
  • Lead copy editing for all social media copy

  • Manage the flow of content creation to ensure content is developed in a timely manner, proactively finding opportunities and efficiencies to maximize content opportunities.

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimisation of the paid social and affiliates strategies across both cardfactory.co.uk and gettingpersonal.co.uk to deliver significant channel growth.

About you

The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing and will lead and implement the marketing strategy, working alongside product teams to deliver the commercial and brand goals of the business.
