Our client is looking for a passion social native, who loves the world of social media and creator makers to join them as a Junior Influencer Manager and worked with the Influencer Manager on some SERIOUSLY COOL clients!

They’re looking for someone who is already had a year’s experience and is ready to dive into the world of influencer marketing to join the team in their Victoria office.

This position is a hybrid role with 3 days required in the office.

It is a client-facing role and you’ll work across a mix of client accounts so you’ll need to be a self-starter who can seamlessly integrate into teams yet is happy to go it alone when you’re given a clear task and deliverables.

You’ll be working with anyone from a big name talent to an illustrator or makeup artist creator so you’ll need to be confident in doing so!

Though you don’t need to have a degree or an agency background, you just need to love the world of social!

Any experience in video shooting and editing experience on any level would be a huge bonus in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Influencer identification (overseen by our Influencer Marketing Manager)

○ 50% time – across all clients – this will cover campaign proposals, pitches and helping the partnership to give flavour to their ideas by creating some quick slides

● Assisting in organising a payment tracker with finance to ensure influencer invoices are paid on time

○ 20% – across all clients – you will be looped in with all invoice submissions so they can track payments being made on time

Job Duties

THE ROLE

In this newly created role, you will be in the Influencer Marketing team, working across influencer performance campaigns and overseeing the execution of Farfetch Livestreams. You will play a key role in the planning and delivery of all livestreams, championing innovation, data and creative thinking to deliver a best-in-class livestream strategy that provides a multi-dimensional shopping experience to customers. You will also deliver best-in-class acquisition campaigns to support scale across the full spectrum of influencer tiers and across all areas of Influencer Marketing – Identification, Activation, Content Creation, Distribution, Measurement and Retention.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prepare livestreams, communicating any risks ahead of time and working with the relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth running of weekly livestreams, communicating with our customers and encouraging chat engagement. Please be aware that this role requires you to work outside of “typical office hours” on stream days, your working hours will be managed in line with Farfetch’s flexible working policy. This policy allows you the freedom to adjust your daily start and finish times as needed, provided the contractual number of hours per day are worked.
  • Define the key performance indicators for livestreams and champion continued measurement. Analyse and report on KPIs to measure success, and identify potential efficiency improvements, and determine solutions for at-risk areas. Provide direct support to senior members of the influencer team, and support defining goals and actions from the livestream strategy, making recommendations based on expertise.
  • Retain competitive advantage by ensuring the livestream strategy recommendations are innovative and Farfetch is positioned as a market leader.
  • Execute and implement the operational plan and deliver against the defined strategy ensuring a centre of excellence.
  • Communicate with other departments and teams globally to exchange critical information, activities and processes. Identify opportunities and escalate risks to ensure business needs are considered and supported in the overarching Livestream strategy.
  • Execute best-in-class influencer performance campaigns, delivering these within budget to achieve monthly targets.
  • Analyse and monitor influencer campaign performance, making recommendations based on performance insights.

EMEA Marketing Coordinator (Factual Television)

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading house-hold name brand in Factual Entertainment for the appointment of a Marketing Coordinator to support both UK & EMEA Marketing strategy and operations.

The role will focus on supporting the development of ‘best in class’ brand and content marketing strategy guidance for EMEA markets, implementing 360 campaigns in the UK to drive awareness and visits to key monetised platforms.

*This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Supervisor or Coordinator to gain unrivalled experience with a leader in factual entertainment, devising and executing campaigns with some of the world’s most well-known brands*

Role Requirements

  • Support the Marketing Managers with curating EMEA marketing strategies and implementing UK ATL campaigns
  • Support E2E tactical priority campaigns (from briefing to implementation and post-campaign analysis)
  • Work with Marketing, Digital, Programming and Research teams to write creative briefs, meeting key production deadlines
  • Manage the necessary stakeholder approvals
  • Be a key POC for UK affiliate partners, build strong relationships and deliver timely communications to bolster awareness of and support for our content priorities & premier releases
  • Manage the development and delivery of B2B comms
  • Build media plans alongside the owned media and on-air media planning teams
  • Work with the research team to decipher performance and audience insights and trends
  • Provide full post-campaign analyses and identify go-forward recommendations for future campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strategic marketing capabilities including working on campaigns/media planning
  • Understanding and knowledge of digital and social platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills [written and spoken English]
  • Highly organised with excellent ability to manage own and others time
  • Strong team player – positive and proactive
  • Passion for marketing and television
  • Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working in Film/Television/Media industry (desirable)
  • Experience of supporting the E2E delivery of large-scale, integrated campaigns (desirable)
