With at least 2 years’ agency experience and proven experience of working on complex campaigns and digital projects, from day one you will work with a team to deliver a mix of marketing, recruitment and comms projects.

Skybound is looking for a well organized, flexible and enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager to help support the Brand Marketing team while working on multiple video game titles on console, PC, and mobile. Working under a Senior Brand Manager and with multiple internal and external stakeholders, this person will help manage the day to day executions of assigned titles, while also focusing on approvals, schedules, helping develop creative marketing strategies, drafting consumer messaging, and trafficking creative to ensure high quality execution in our games publishing group.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help to facilitate marketing asset creation (such as key art, trailers, websites, etc.) and execution to improve effectiveness of campaigns. This includes managing the review process and offering creative feedback.
  • Support campaign execution and research that help drive title’s revenue and profit target.
  • Compile and maintain KPI data to support in the identification of business concerns and related actions.

About the Role

Marketing

  • Extract data-driven, actionable insights to inform search strategy and planning
  • Recommend testing strategies and optimizations to improve overall campaign performance
  • Maintain knowledge of clients business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating with client teams (internal and external) to ensure alignment on search strategy, keyword coverage, program details, and deadlines
  • Present strategies and recommendations to clients and internal teams in relatable terms
  • Manage paid search campaigns in Search Ads 360
  • Have proven experience developing, managing, and optimizing search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (experience with Search Ads 360 is preferred and Apple Search Ads is a plus)
  • Have meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Have strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Have exceptional organizational skills
  • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Effectively manage client budgets, always ensuring campaigns are at their maximum efficiencies

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working in paid search, developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns (agency experience is preferred and SEO experience is a plus)
  • Experience working with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Experience working with a search campaign management platform (preferably Search Ads 360)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent writing skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (+ Google Workspace versions)
  • Proficient in all vendor interfaces and tools to be able to set up and manage campaigns
  • Experience working with Google Analytics to evaluate performance is preferred
  • Experience working with the Apple Search Ads platform is a plus
  • Google Ads Search certification; Google Analytics certification is a plus
  • Experience with tag management, implementation, event tracking, and data layers is a plus

Leading global data driven marketing agency are looking for a Campaign Director to lead on client engagements driving strategy and value for clients across their channels. The successful candidate will be managing a small team of Campaign Managers driven participation and activation across their clients brands delivering customer centric strategies, campaigns and helping clients maximise their data assets and technologies. Dealing with household name brands across the CPG, Tech, automotive and Entertainment.

As this team continues to grow and develop their is scope for the applicant to build this function in a number of different directions and take a more global ownership role further down the line.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong background in CRM Campaign Delivery and Management
  • Good understanding of various CDP/CRM/Marketing hub technologies (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, etc)
