Your role:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing team, helping to drive awareness and adoption of Sinequa’s search solutions in the market and with customers. This is a fast-paced opportunity with room for growth. This role is focused on marketing Sinequa’s solutions across key industries by defining what they are, who they are for, what problems they solve for the enterprise and business outcomes that Sinequa can help deliver.

Areas of Contribution:

You will contribute to the following areas. Strong candidates will have experience driving and influencing marketing efforts across multiple areas.

  • Product Launch: Defining, maintaining, and executing a launch process for new product releases, new feature releases, and major enhancements as well as new target use cases and potentially domain-specific offerings. This includes creating content and communicating about the new capabilities to prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Sales Enablement: Establishing positioning and messaging and creating corresponding collateral about the platform to support the sales team and sales process, including items such as brochures, presentations, talking points, objection handling, market dynamics, demo scripts, and FAQs.
  • Market Intelligence: Researching and gathering feedback about Sinequa’s target market and the wider enterprise search market to inform positioning and messaging of Sinequa’s platform. This includes market opportunity and trends, competitive intelligence, analyst and influencer intelligence, and customer and partner feedback.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Creating core messaging and collateral to support campaigns and other marketing priorities. This includes creating content and communicating in such forms as information sheets, website content, webinars, and blog posts.

Your responsibilities:

  • Define buyer personas and influencers
  • Define key challenges, use cases, and business outcomes for your solution area
  • Map solutions to platform capabilities and benefits
  • Gather and publish customer testimonials (quotes, written customer stories, video testimonials, etc.)
  • Map the buyer journey and identify messaging and content gaps
  • Create a messaging framework that feeds into website copy, content, and campaign messaging
  • Work with the Marketing Programs team to create campaign and content plans
  • Work with sales and field marketing to create regional customer acquisition and expansion strategies
  • Act as a key contributor to sales enablement strategies, ensuring that sales teams utilize consistent and impactful messaging.

Your background:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a product marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional communication and business writing skills
  • Creative with fresh ideas, a desire to innovate, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • A compelling storyteller
  • Experience marketing a software product such as data analytics, data discovery, BI, or similar to large or complex enterprises (platform experience preferred)

The primary objective of the Sponsorship Communications and Marketing Manager is to develop a communications and marketing strategy for internal and external audiences that will help ensure a clear understanding of the new Sponsorship model and its importance in delivering on our strategy.

The role will also oversee the production of consistent, audience-friendly messaging and communications materials that reflect the impact that children, communities and staff experience with Sponsorship in the 21 countries where the program is implemented.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Passion and experience in international development work
  • Fundraising / Marketing copywriter with strong English skills
  • Knowledge of mass audiences, medium/high value donors and corporates
  • Understanding of programming and ability to translate complex programmatic information into external / donor facing language
  • Research skills to search, identify and interrogate existing information to improve for future use.
  • Ability to brief and manage a freelance graphic designer to create infographics and designed templates and documents / reports

We can offer circa £45,600 per annum (If based in UK) with an option of flexible working hours. If the role is based outside of the UK, National T&C (including pay) will apply.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops marketing campaign from concept to execution across mediums (i.e., Print/Digital ads, moving graphics (video, gif), flyers, etc.)
  • Develops social media graphic content that harmonizes our message across medium. 
  • Develops catalog and hygiene (making sure they are accurate and up to date).

The Creative Team is central figure in CookUnity’s Brand Marketing organization. This team leads the company’s creative and content vision, strategy and execution.

Its primary function is to drive the development of the brand’s aesthetic and voice through the strategic implementation of content. The Creative Team plays an integral role in connecting the rest of the marketing team and the company to its brand expressions and experiences. The Role

The Creative Director is a visionary, a discerning point of view and a shepherd, all in one. Success begins with a strategic eye, an ordered attention to detail and a graceful but firm guiding hand.   • Provide the Growth marketing team all the creative assets they need to unlock great performance in paid channels at scale.
  • Lead and inspire the Creative Team of designers, art directors, copywriters and motion designers—in-house and freelance
  • Lead 3 creative pods, each including designers, writers and the support of producers and freelance editors and production:
  • Performance Creative Studio—growth marketing advertising creative with a high iteration cycle to accelerate ad performance and improve brand experience
  • Campaign Creative—from direct response all the way to 360 brand campaigns across all types of digital and traditional media
  • Brand Creative—as that we just launched an internally-built, company-wide brand reimagining, this team is continuing to imagine the future of the evergreen brand assets design, positioning, brand strategy, product experience, brand voice + identity
  • Lead + own key Creative’s initiatives from kickoff to completion—most notably the physical brand experience.
  • Run cross-departmental discovery, overseeing shoots and production, hands-on in design execution for print and digital, addressing feedback from stakeholders, etc.
  • Conceptualize and execute message and designs for marketing campaigns across digital and print
  • Be a go-to resource for the heads of Campaign, Growth and Product

Qualifications

  • 10 + years of relevant experience ideally within an in-house creative team
  • Must have a background in art direction and hands-on skills as a graphic designer or copywriter
  • Experience working for a DTC or subscription brand is ideal
  • Experience in advertising / creating impactful 360 marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with Marketing teams and understanding business metrics
  • Experience managing and leading a creative team of designers, copywriters, etc
  • Working closely with producers, project managers and production partners to create campaigns within budget
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experienced concept developer and strong in directing photo and video shoots
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and grow an in-house team
  • Expert knowledge in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
  • Great wit is a must

Compensation

  • All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
  • Pay Range: $150,000 – $175,000 per year

Be a part of helping people live healthy lives as our new Creative Manager/Art Director.

This key role on the Nature’s Way Marketing Brand Equity team will be responsible for inspiring and managing the creative team as well as delivering engaging and effective work to help grow the Nature’s Way brand. The ideal candidate will have a background in art direction and able to take on projects with an eye towards delivering strong creative for any touch point. The equivalent agency level would be a senior art director or associate creative director that is accustomed to a “player/coach” type role and is looking to grow their leadership abilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides guidance and delivers work that elevates the creative expression of the brand and ensures a consistent voice and visual identity
  • Oversees both conceptual and executional development of copy and design that supports our overall business objectives and marketing plans
  • Regularly takes on development and execution of creative projects
  • This includes all forms of content including social, digital, videos, in-store materials, and internal needs
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to determines creative strategy for a variety of channels including eComm, website, and in-store
  • Engages with agency partners to enhance campaign strategies, reinforce brand guidelines, and shepherd executional deliverables
  • Creates a cohesive team by promoting collaboration, mutual trust, and opportunities for development.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required: Undergraduate college degree in marketing, design, art, or a related field. Strong knowledge of and experience in digital innovation, digital design, creative direction, and creative development. An exemplary portfolio of digital creative across platforms including social and email. DTC and Ecommerce experience a plus. Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities and execute high impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is collaborative, scrappy, and willing to roll up their sleeves and has a track record of producing content that totally delight consumers.

CREATIVE TOOL SKILLS

Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel (general spreadsheet navigation), and Outlook. Understanding of HTML5, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Sketch, and Canva helpful.
