Cranberry Panda are exclusively working with an amazing award winning social agency, who are looking to hire an Influencer Manager to join their newly created Social Media, Influencer & Content team. Ideally an extremely passionate individual, that has agency influencer experience, ideally having run campaigns for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, wellness & nutrition brands, and have a genuine passion for partnering with sustainable brands!
As Influencer Manager, you will be partnering with the co-founders, running exciting end2end execution & delivery of influencer campaigns for some of the biggest purpose-led sustainable brands in the universe!
A little about the role
- From an Influencer perspective, manage & lead the delivery of the day-to-day client campaign strategy, as well as managing all relationships with relevant influencers, ensuring you exceed all expectations on the clients deliverables.
- Responsible for the influencer talent selection, where this is driven by data & insights, as well as having a solid understanding of the clients’ needs and expectations.
- Create insightful & comprehensive data reports for their clients, using the relevant tools to support your decision making, whilst being creative in your thinking.
- Work alongside the Influencer Lead, developing forward-thinking content strategies, showcasing your vast experience on what will exceed expectations from a delivery perspective, most importantly, having a comprehensive understanding of your clients, their brand & product offerings, with a natural ability to build outstanding relationships.
A little about you
- Ideally someone that has worked for a startup social agency, with a focus on sustainable brands within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, wellness & nutrition!
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years’ in the influencer space, be a social & digital native, with an exceptional understanding of the influencer landscape & ever changing social trends!
- Enjoy being creative in your ideas and influencer campaigns!!

A thriving talent agency is looking to welcome a Senior Assistant or Associate-level Talent Agent to its growing Manchester office. This position is ideal for someone currently working within a talent agency or casting environment, with a solid understanding of the industry’s pace and demands.
Job Responsibilities

Manage daily operations in the office, including client scheduling and availability

Coordinate self-tapes and provide feedback and redirection to artists

Maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients

Provide diary management and administrative support for agents and talent

Attend industry events, showcases, and theatre nights (often outside office hours)

Assist with project submissions, pitches, and follow-ups

Collaborate closely with clients and build networks within the entertainment industry
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent agency or casting environment

Solid understanding of casting directors and their preferences

Excellent administrative and organizational skills

Computer literacy (PC preferred) and familiarity with Tagmin and Spotlight

Experience reviewing and providing notes on self-tapes
