About the Position
The Specialist, Influencer Marketing works closely with other members of the Brand department to contribute to planning, management, execution and optimization of current campaigns and initiatives. This role works on many different projects with our team, to ultimately enhance our organic digital efforts to our customer experience.
Job Duties
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the organic marketing team’s activities.
- Assist brand team members in organizing, executing, and reporting on various projects.
- Conduct research for product campaign planning, audience reach, engagement, and other performance insights.
- Assist with optimization of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative/Graphics team to plan and manage creation of marketing and on-page assets as needed.
- Assist in evaluating and reporting on organic marketing channels and initiatives.
- Assist in posting, and scheduling of organic content.
- Support brand awareness and online reputation, community management.
- Establish campaign milestones and deadlines and create lookbook for each campaign
- Create terms/scope of work in Aspire (specific to each campaign + specific to each social channel)
- Create campaign creative briefs for influencers specific to each campaign + specific to each influencer including sorting through influencers’ feed to pull example content to include Vet influencers + pass list for approval
- Identify influencers who are on-brand, create elevated content and drive results
- Manage Outreach, Negotiation, Sending product and providing tracking
- Help monitor competitive landscape.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Good understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, plus Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
· Experience with current software platforms a plus.
· Familiarity with various web analytic platforms (Google Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics, OWA Pro, Qlik) and the ability to generate custom reports.
· Must have excellent spelling, punctuation, and copywriting skills.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload.
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Customer oriented mindset.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, Communications, or a related field, and 1+ year(s) of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
