Creative Director

About the Position

Our Brand team is searching for a Creative Director who will be in charge of the strategy for brand development. They will run the process of formulating the concept for the brand and its marketing. They will also oversee its implementation, ensuring consistency and that any variations are still ‘on brand’.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach creative team members.
  • Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content, design, and marketing tactics
  • Provide creative direction for the execution and implementation of a brand and oversee a collaborative creative effort between audio/video production, design, web development, content creation, and media strategies
  • Heading brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content
  • Leading and reviewing all work completed by the creative department
  • Working with the executive team and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals
  • Presenting project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients
  • Oversee the creative budget
  • Research and implement new design trends and ideas into the creative workflow
  • Oversee projects from concept through completion.
  • Managing outside vendors/partners both in creative and production capacities.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A powerful online portfolio of creative work that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression, with exceptional design ability.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to lead high-performing creative teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative strategies and create a brand voice and expression.
  • Strong expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro DC, Illustrator, and Portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of Prinergy Evo and CGS Oris Color Tuner.
  • Excellent in collaborating on new ideas and following through with execution.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that words and images work together to support the concept, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, good time management, and organizational skills to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and the ability to take direction and constructive feedback well.
  • Creative thinker with a positive attitude and passion for fashion/swimwear.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, working in collaboration with cross-functional departments.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Fashion, and 10+ years of related experience with at least 4+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Experience within fashion or retail brands.

Art Director, Photography

The Director, Art Photography is one who loves thinking conceptually, creating original solutions and developing stories, photography and videography that engage the customer, drive sales and elevate our brand. The Art Director, Photography is responsible for asset development across all channels with strong layout and graphic design experience. This role will oversee the post production and creative teams.

Job Duties

  • Evolve our creative positioning (graphic look and feel, voice, photography and videography requirements, etc.) that will extend both to the website and to offline marketing assets.
  • Create and calendarize layouts and visuals that support and reinforce this vision and our business objectives.
  • Work from creative briefs to translate merchandising and marketing strategies to creative execution, with support of graphic designers.
  • Analyze existing social design, photography & video assets and make recommendations on improvements.
  • Manage the creative team to ensure timely execution of assigned projects including but not limited to video assets, email design, social graphics, direct mail layouts.
  • Manage staff in all aspects including but not limited to; recruiting, training and performance management.
  • Understand and strategically apply the latest platform/industry/creative trends

and digital best practices.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver creative across all channels.
  • Manage asset development from concept, to execution, to go-to-market plan.
  • Manage post-production calendar, ensure milestones are met and image library is up to date.
  • Collaborate with VP & CD, and creative team to develop strategic omni-channel design solutions.
  • Responsible for managing creative teams in conceptualizing/maintaining design communications and brand designs standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design and typography skills.
  • Strategic thinker with communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent understanding of current digital trends and social landscape.
  • Must be able to effectively articulate vision, present and explain creative decisions/rationale to key stakeholders.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced online environment.
  • Highly developed written/verbal communication skills and collaborative skills.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Possess an innate ability to lead internal teams and work cross functionally.
  • Proficient in Monday.com.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts, Digital Media Design or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of strong art direction experience in both design and photo art direction.
  • Must have experience within fashion or retail brands .

Specialist, Influencer Marketing

About the Position

The Specialist, Influencer Marketing works closely with other members of the Brand department to contribute to planning, management, execution and optimization of current campaigns and initiatives. This role works on many different projects with our team, to ultimately enhance our organic digital efforts to our customer experience.

Job Duties

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the organic marketing team’s activities.
  • Assist brand team members in organizing, executing, and reporting on various projects.
  • Conduct research for product campaign planning, audience reach, engagement, and other performance insights.
  • Assist with optimization of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Creative/Graphics team to plan and manage creation of marketing and on-page assets as needed.
  • Assist in evaluating and reporting on organic marketing channels and initiatives.
  • Assist in posting, and scheduling of organic content.
  • Support brand awareness and online reputation, community management.
  • Establish campaign milestones and deadlines and create lookbook for each campaign
  • Create terms/scope of work in Aspire (specific to each campaign + specific to each social channel)
  • Create campaign creative briefs for influencers specific to each campaign + specific to each influencer including sorting through influencers’ feed to pull example content to include Vet influencers + pass list for approval
  • Identify influencers who are on-brand, create elevated content and drive results
  • Manage Outreach, Negotiation, Sending product and providing tracking
  • Help monitor competitive landscape.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Good understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, plus Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

· Experience with current software platforms a plus.

· Familiarity with various web analytic platforms (Google Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics, OWA Pro, Qlik) and the ability to generate custom reports.

· Must have excellent spelling, punctuation, and copywriting skills.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a varied workload.

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Customer oriented mindset.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, Communications, or a related field, and 1+ year(s) of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
