About US

LOFT FILMS is an award winning production house and creative studio, based in London, producing internationally.                                            

We work across branded content for the likes of Nike, Adidas and Red Bull, corporate work for a variety of industries and increasingly Film, TV and documentary projects.                                               

Our core business is providing creative production services to a broad range of clients, while our development arm is focused on creating original content for different platforms.                                                                                                                                                                                                 We think of ourselves as humble, curious and playful, always dedicated to making the best work we can while having fun and creating a positive atmosphere for everyone involved. 

We are small and independent but very much on a growth trajectory and need an Executive Producer to help us manage a busy schedule and keep us growing.

About The Job                                                                                                                                                                             

As the Executive Producer you will join a small team of four and work very closely alongside the Founder and Creative Director. 

Your main focus will be to help expand the business and its operations, by pursuing new business opportunities, onboarding new clients and expanding the talent roster, while cementing its industry standing by producing outstanding work and making sure everybody knows about it.

The day to day activities will include:

  • Recruit Clients & Create new business opportunities
  • Recruit and develop Talent
  • Lead Sales and Marketing Activities
  • Oversee Projects From Pitching to Delivery
  • Client & Project Management

Project Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Developing Creative Strategy 
  • Budgeting, Negotiating Costs, upselling 
  • Assist with Client Contracts & Sign Offs
  • Develop Production Strategies
  • Oversee Pitching, Pre-prod, Production & Post-production
  • Maintain Client dialogue, Manage feedback process and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide Quality Control during all stages of delivery 
  • Keep close cost control and maximise project profitability 

About YOU

You will be a people person, passionate about growing a film production business, with an existing network of industry contacts, a demonstrable ability to develop relationships and a natural inclination for account management. 

Very knowledgeable of the Film, Advertising and Digital Media industries with a keen understanding of business. 

Experienced in the film production process with solid technical knowledge, refined creative instinct and an appreciation of the administrative framework, necessary to deliver work. 

You will be able to demonstrate authority, while being a natural mediator who can find solutions that satisfy all stakeholders, always showing empathy, professionalism and calmness under pressure.

You will be an enthusiastic team player, with the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues and partners.  

You will have excellent taste and impeccable manners.

You will be excited to put your stamp on a company and help it grow and flourish.

The job would be a great fit for someone who comes from a film or advertising background either as a producer, EP, Project or account manager who is looking for a challenge and is excited by the idea of joining a growing company where they can make a mark. 

The Specs

This is a senior level position, where demonstrable track record, existing network and ability to deliver results is essential. 

The job has a strong commission element and would therefore be best suited to someone who is self assured and can work independently to create business opportunities. 

If you perform effectively you will have the chance to make considerable earnings.

  • Salary: £48 – 60K depending on experience. 
  • % Commission on New Business
  • % Commission on overall company performance
  • Hours: 40hrs Week 
  • Holiday: 28 Days Holiday / Year.
  • Location: Based in East London Office with some Flexibility.
  • Other: Pension Scheme, 3 Month Probation, Use of Company equipment and facilities.
