Job Responsibilities

Supporting Role – Greg in A24 TV Series

Job Description
An upcoming A24 TV series set in a London school is casting for the role of Greg, a 16-year-old queer, talented footballer. The series focuses on girls’ football and aims to feature authentic, relatable performances. No previous acting experience is required, but strong football skills are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray Greg authentically, showcasing both personality and football ability.

• Work with the cast and crew to create engaging, realistic scenes.

• Participate in rehearsals and filming as scheduled.

Requirements

• Young men and nonbinary individuals aged 16–19.

• Based in London and have finished GCSEs.

• Must have strong football skills.

• Open to people from all backgrounds.

• Applicants under 18 must include a parent or guardian’s contact details.

Casting Call: Polish Women for Feature Film

Job Title: Actor/Actress

Job Detail: We are excited to announce the start of casting for a new feature film project led by the award-winning filmmaker Michael Winterbottom, known for works such as “Greed”, “24 Hour Party People”, “The Trip”, and in collaboration with Revolution Films. We are seeking talented Polish women to take on various speaking roles set in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and West Yorkshire. This project presents a unique opportunity to work with a filmmaker of international acclaim.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform the character roles as scripted, including dialogue in Polish.
• Collaborate with the director and other cast members to bring the characters to life.
• Attend all scheduled rehearsals, fittings, and filming sessions.
• Provide input and insight into the character development process, utilizing personal experience and background when applicable.
• Participate in promotion of the film as requested by the production team.

Requirements:

• Female actors aged between 20-38 years old.
• Must be based in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, or West Yorkshire, or willing to travel.
• Fluent in Polish, with a preference for those for whom it is their first language.
• No acting experience is required; however, we welcome those with experience who are eager to participate.
• Must not be represented by an agent; represented actors should apply via their agent.
• Availability from the start to finish of the film production, with a commitment to the project’s schedule.

Compensation:

• All participants in the film will be paid. Details of compensation will be provided during the casting process.
• The casting process is completely free, from start to finish.
