Summary of Position:

 

The Senior Content Manager is responsible for managing core components of our content strategy by building and developing cohesive narratives across multiple touchpoints—with the goal of brand awareness and revenue generation. What you will be doing day to day:

 

  • Create and manage content strategies that move prospects through the buyer’s journey, from awareness to conversion

  • Identify and monitor key KPIs to achieve OKRs; analyze data to identify trends and anticipate prospect needs

  • Conduct user research and apply to messaging strategies. Interview customers, users and prospects on a monthly basis to be constantly informed of their most pressing needs, challenges and language.
  • Ensure overall content consistency across the organization (including tone of voice)
  • Create and execute content distribution strategies across owned, paid and earned channels to expand reach
  • Conduct competitor research including selling points, talk tracks, key messages, and determine how we can differentiate and stand out

About the Role

Typhur is hiring a skilled Content and Social Media Manager with a passion for creating compelling content and an eye for aesthetics. As the Content and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, and managing social media content across a variety of social platforms to cultivate and deepen those relationships, with the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. This position reports to the Head of Marketing and you will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies and content plans to engage, maintain, and grow the community across owned social and crowdfunding platforms, including managing a robust content calendar through Hootsuite.
  • Own Typhur’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, and Pinterest, and identify opportunities with current and emerging social media platforms.
  • Engage directly with customers, influencers and ambassadors, facilitating meaningful and authentic two-way communication and responding to questions, comments, and requests. Manage our influencer and ambassador program and UGC assets creation.
  • Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media, website, and other marketing channels, including photography and videography.
  • Edit and post-process photos and videos to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with chefs, food stylists, and other team members to develop visually stunning food content.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring content is planned and scheduled in advance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, continuously improving content and strategies, and advise internal teams on industry best practices.
  • Share feedback and insights from our community that can inform our overall product, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Identify, evaluate, and report performance KPIs with a strong understanding of which measurements align with business goals.
  • Work closely with product design to understand the details of new features/content and partner with content creation resources to ensure effective communication with consumers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in managing social media and communities, and digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and functionality of social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Understanding of social media metrics – ability to collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision making to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to create visually stunning content, with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing the content strategy aligned with GNC’s brand vision, business objectives, and most of all, the consumer needs. They will connect the dots to craft a story throughout the various touchpoints across the web and digital channels to educate and engage throughout the consumer journey.

Produce a content strategy that aligns with identified brand audiences across all digital formats- Web & App Content, Editorial, Social Media, Video, Email, etc.

Create and maintain editorial calendar, style guides, and consistent messaging throughout marketing channels.

Look for opportunities to tell stories leveraging our in-house experts, customers, influencers, and engaged audiences and pull through the various channels and platforms.

Conduct content audits as well as gap analyses to identify areas for opportunity that can be translated across all digital formats as necessary.

Work cross functionally with science and nutrition teams, Ecommerce, and marketing channel owners and planning stakeholders to craft the larger strategy and content calendar.

Qualifications

We’re adding Digital Content Manager to our Chicago office* who will be responsible for the creation of original content for a variety of marketing campaigns and forums that will execute GHOST’s product launches, promotions, and campaigns on brand e-comm channels such as the website, app, blog and email. You will work collaboratively with the creative, brand, content, and social teams to ensure brand messaging and content are on target and consistent across channels. The key objective of this role will be to optimize and maintain the overarching user experience on GHOST branded channels to ultimately drive sales and loyalty across GHOST DTC channels.

The Deets:

  • Responsible for leading day-to-day e-comm and marketing efforts to drive sales, retention, and brand loyalty within our DTC website, app, and email programs
  • Ideating and creating engaging, on brand, educational, and original content to be used across GHOST e-commerce platforms including web, amazon, email, media, and blog, ensuring deliverables are deployed on time and on target
  • Create and manage a rolling 12-month content calendar to align with brand plan for DTC channels, presenting specific details around all-types of content and their placements, aligning with strategic all-company marketing initiatives

You have:

Sr. Content Marketing Manager

Zinus is seeking an experienced content marketing professional to join our U.S. Marketing team as Content Marketer starting immediately. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven success of delivering engaging and high performing content. Experience developing and executing content marketing strategies to deliver best-in-class content for eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and Wayfair.com would be a huge plus.   • You have 1-2 years of relevant prior experience with organic search as a channel – ideally, you have implemented successful SEO-focused content programs and measured the impact.
  • You have hands on tactical experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and headless Content Management Systems
  • You have a thinker and a doer mindset—excited about driving strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves to write and edit content in a variety of formats

You’ll be responsible for enhancing the brand profile, social media and external publications by producing creative content that excites audiences, increases engagement and optimises traffic across all social platforms. As well as getting involved in additional Marketing initiatives such as PR outreach to further increase our brand awareness.

Red Letter is seeking a Content Manager that will specialize in content management on the digital marketing management team, pursue the agency’s mission, and live the agency’s core values daily. The Content Manager is a salaried, full-time position in the Nashville, TN office with some flexibility with schedule and occasional remote options.

The Content Manager will:

  • Collaborate with digital team and clients to ensure web properties are in alignment with client national, regional, and global strategies, plans and priorities
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of target audience behavior and how digital content influences said behavior
  • Successfully coordinate a wide range of digital web projects with minimal errors and quick response time – projects can range from content updates via CMS to email content coordination, social media coordination, etc.
  • Plan, publish, and monitor social media posts for a portfolio of clients
  • Stay up to date with content marketing trends and bring ideas to the broader team, and clients
  • Assist with ongoing reporting needs, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Duties Include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Capture client needs or client opportunities

Qualifications and Skills Include:

  • College degree in business, communications, advertising, public relations, marketing or related field is required
  • 1-3 years’ experience in content management preferred
  • Must be well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and can work under strict deadlines
  • Have a strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Basic to intermediate level of understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Content Management Systems like WordPress and Webflow
  • Be able to communicate clear, concise, but detailed instructions in writing
  • Experience with customer service
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager certification is a plus
