Casting Call: Network Television Series – True Crime Recreation

About the Series:
We are casting for a non-union, true crime recreation series that focuses on visual storytelling without scripted audio. The series will be filmed in Knoxville, TN, on February 26-27th. We are looking for talented actors who can convey strong emotions and narratives through minimal scenes and without dialogue. This project requires actors who are comfortable with sensitive content, including themes of domestic abuse. Please be aware that the series does not include provisions for travel or lodging.

Actors auditioning for this role should be comfortable portraying a range of emotions that reflect love, fear, and resilience. As there is no scripted audio, the ability to convey strong emotions non-verbally is essential.
  • Content Warning: This role involves content related to domestic abuse. Actors should be comfortable engaging with this subject matter as part of their portrayal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in minimal scenes that require strong non-verbal acting skills.
  • Work closely with the director and crew to bring the character’s story to life authentically.
  • Be prepared and available for the entire shoot day as scheduled, with an understanding that roles are likely needed for 1 shoot day only.
  • Follow directions and provide feedback when necessary to ensure scenes are portrayed accurately and sensitively.

Casting Call: Women for Beauty Campaign

Job Detail: We are seeking women for an upcoming social media campaign focused on personal care products. This is a fantastic opportunity for unrepresented talent who are confident in applying their own makeup and wish to showcase their skills in a professional setting. This project is being cast in Toronto and is open to women, female-identifying, and non-binary individuals, with a strong encouragement for BIPOC women to apply.

Usage: Content will be used on social media platforms for a duration of 3 months paid and may continue organically for up to 1 year. There is a possibility for renewal, subject to a 10% increase per timeframe.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a one-day shoot for a personal care product campaign.
  • Apply your own makeup on camera, demonstrating both skill and confidence in personal care and beauty.
  • Collaborate with the production team to fulfill the creative vision of the campaign.
  • Be available for the entire day of the shoot as scheduled.
  • Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the campaign team to ensure a successful shoot.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable and skilled in applying your own makeup.

  • Assist with the coordination and management of programming to strategically position our talent clients
