Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in pre-production meetings to discuss the ceremony details and your love story.
  • Be available for wardrobe fittings and any necessary rehearsals as scheduled.
  • Be willing to share your love story and experiences as a couple with visible differences, including how you’ve overcome challenges or societal perceptions.
  • Participate in the wedding or vow renewal ceremony, which will be filmed for online content.

Position

Reporting to the Vice President–Marketing, the Creative Director is a senior marketing role that oversees the production and day-to-day operations of the marketing department. Working in collaboration with the Vice President–Marketing, the Creative Director ensures timely development and execution of strategic product, brand, advertising and marketing initiatives for both internal and external clients. In addition to providing ongoing coaching, mentoring and direction to a small marketing team, this position works hands-on with several projects at a time, will be involved in all phases of creative development, will oversee the creative process, proof all work created by direct reports, and stay apprised of the competitive landscape as well as the latest creative, advertising, and marketing trends.

Although creativity and artistic talent are critical skills for this position, we’re looking for someone who loves to create purpose-driven marketing that increases conversions, leads and sales; not just someone who likes to do art for art’s sake (to make things look pretty) or spend two months working on a project that should only take two days.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President–Marketing to ensure the timely development and execution of advertising, marketing, branding, and revenue initiatives for the organization and external clients as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on marketing or creative services experience including campaign development, graphic design/art direction, copywriting, email marketing, websites, social media, search engine marketing, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a multi-disciplined marketing team, including designers, copywriters and digital marketers by managing and directing projects from ideation, through production, to completion–on time and within budget.
  • Agency or creative services background preferred.

Company One Theatre is seeking a stage manager for the Professional Development for Actors 2024 cohort.

Auditions for the cohort will begin on April 2, 2024; classes are scheduled weekly on Tuesday starting April 30, 2024 and ending on June 18, 2024. Following the classes, the stage manager will be required to attend both the Showcase Dress Rehearsal on Monday June 24, 2024 and the showcase Performance on Tuesday June 25, 2024. Full PDA schedule with location and times will be sent upon hire.

DESCRIPTION:

  • To schedule and manage auditions. 
  • To work with the C1 Education team to collect and track student payments 
  • To attend and manage all scheduled classes, rehearsals, and performances 
  • To arrive at all scheduled classes and rehearsals at least 15 minutes before the scheduled class time referenced above in order to set up the room (or Zoom room). 
  • To reset and lock up the classroom and rehearsal spaces as applicable. 
  • To communicate class announcements with participants as necessary. 
  • To keep classes, rehearsals, and coaching running on schedule. 
  • To work with the Marketing Manager and C1 Education Team to execute program design for the  showcase. 
  • To stage manage the class dress rehearsal and performance showcase. 
  • To work to the best of their ability toward the final showcase being of professional caliber by the  final dress rehearsal. 
  • To work with the C1 Education team to schedule masterclass workshops 
  • To deal with issues relating to the students / instructors / masterclass workshop leaders in an  appropriate and responsible manner 
  • To keep an organized google folder of class plans and assignments 
  • To facilitate the taking of class photos

  • To submit detailed record of absences / sub requests to Education Program Manager
  • To ensure that they; at no time during classes, rehearsals, before performances, or during performances;  are consuming or under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. Previous experience as a Stage Manager for professional theatre required. Theatre degrees are welcomed but not required. Applicants with professional ASM experience will be considered. · Asset management tracking

· Attend daily stand-up meetings and contribute to ongoing conversations

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3-5+ years of experience in a corporate environment providing technical support

· Ability to communicate with external users in a professional manner

· Ability to maintain professional demeaner and have a team-oriented attitude working in a group setting

· Ability to solve problems and determine root causes, even with little to no background information

· Detail oriented with capability to resolve tasks on time

· Experience using ticket tracking systems

· Experience with a Microsoft domain environment (Azure AD / Entra preferred)

· Experience with CRM and relational database systems

· Familiarity with deployment methods such as SCCM (Intune preferred)

· Proficiency in Windows environments including Windows 10 or newer

· Solid understanding of security best-practices

· VoIP and meeting platform experience (Zoom preferred)

The annual base salary for this position is $47,000 to $51,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members. What you’ll be doing:

· Oversee and be hands-on in all aspects of our creative strategy, development, and execution.

· Lead internal resources and outside agencies to complete projects as briefed by e-Commerce, Merchandise, Promotion, and Channel teams.

· Partner with marketing leadership peers to understand business needs, prioritize work, and identify new capabilities required of the creative team.

· Work with engineering and e-commerce teams to develop and maintain design consistency across the website.

· Work with sales teams to create and test marketing collateral and landing pages.

· Partner with merchandising to support key product launches, programming, and seasonal initiatives.

· Work closely with digital marketing channel partners to ensure all creative is produced on time, on budget and on brief.

· Manage an in-house creative team that includes project managers, copywriting, web design, graphic design, photography, and video.

· Deliver a consistent and differentiated brand voice, look, and feel that represents the brand and assortment in a way that is captivating and relevant to our customer.

· Develop, manage, and communicate our style guide, brand guide, voice and tone, and design standards with an eye to always evolving it and keeping it fresh.

· Direct the development of copy, brand, photography, video, voice and design standards for internal team and agency partners.

· Develop and present unique, innovative, and strategic concepts and communication solutions for a variety of projects, including for design and copy in marketing, advertisements, web pages, print materials, and other marketing assets.

· Direct photography and video produced internally and in partnership with external production resources.

· Develop and maintain a robust library of digital assets.

· Oversee and manage an efficient design operation and team that works effectively to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time and within budget.

· Analyze and report on effectiveness of the creative team and integrate feedback from internal and external partners about the impact of the team’s output.

· Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and share insights and best practices with the team.

· Hire, manage, and direct full-time employees, freelance resources, and external agencies, as needed.

· Manage an internal agency budget.

What you bring to the table:

· Proven expertise in ideation, execution, and end-to-end facilitation of complex marketing and advertising content and copy across mediums and channels, to include national TV, direct marketing, paid social, lead generation, and print.

· Experience creating and evolving brand guides, style guides, brand voice and tone, and brand architectures.

· A customer driven creative’s vision and a scientist’s curiosity, adapting the work and constantly testing and learning to achieve and improve results.

· A master storyteller, crafting engaging creative that fulfils the needs as outlined in the brief and beyond.

· Experience directing photography and video content for both social/low production and TV/high production outputs.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

· Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including SEO and A/B testing.

· Experience with print and package design.

· Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and other design and editing tools.

· Experience using Jira.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

· 10+ years of related experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Art Director in either an agency or in-house creative role

· Digital media focused portfolio with high calibre work for both awareness and performance marketing projects required
