As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the organic social media, content writing, and email marketing teams. Additionally, you will have client-facing responsibilities, acting as a senior point person to manage important client conversations, expectations, and ensure the delivery of top-tier service. Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of content marketers including: organic social media, email marketing, and content writing, fostering creativity, growth, and professional development.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows, processes, and procedures to enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the social media team to create and execute content strategies, including expectation setting, planning, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain a social media reporting system for campaign performance tracking and optimization.
- Act as a senior point of contact for client communication, managing expectations and addressing needs, especially on select tier-one accounts for top paying clients.
- Implement effective affiliate program management and collaborate with social media coordinators.
- Utilize influencer outreach strategies to expand brand reach and engagement.
- Coordinate content writing requests and ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through coordinated content creation, such as blogs and emails.

- Guide the content team in developing and executing email marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, and copywriting (7 years preferred, 5 years agency experience)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who not only loves social media and content creation but is interested in strategically growing the digital presence of our clients. This position is in person at our West Palm Beach office.
The Social Media Coordinator will work in the Social Media Department alongside other content coordinators and department managers to support the social media needs of our clients. Early on, the Social Media Coordinator will confidently take ownership of the social media presence for a number of clients. This includes making graphics and writing copy that uniquely reflects each client’s voice and brand. Conducting market research to understand the latest trends and staying up to date with social media best practices is an ongoing expectation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the conceptualization, creation, and scheduling of content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Assist in notification management and engagement across all social media accounts.
- Regular communication with the team on social media best practices, trends, content, advertisements, and reporting to establish tangible and successful goals that balance engagement and growth.
- Conception, facilitation, and management of social media giveaways, influencer partnerships, and contests to boost organic engagement and following.
- Advise clients and departments on industry standards, current trends, and platform growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- The candidate must have a strong passion for social media, graphic design and digital marketing.
- The candidate must have an interest in the luxury retail industry and must have the ability to elevate the brand with creative out-of-the-box thinking.
- The candidate must have excellent knowledge of emerging trends on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
- Work well with others in a collaborative environment and possess a positive attitude.
- Must have strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to strategize, create social media performance reports, and is comfortable with data analytics in relation to digital advertising.
- Be extremely organized, have an entrepreneurial spirit (self-starter), and be timely.
- Must be able to find resolutions to a problem and create actionable steps.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) & attention to detail are a must.
- Must have graphic design experience including Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Lightroom.
- SproutSocial, Meta Business Suite, and Canva experience is a plus

Social Media Content Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all content-related projects from start to finish
- This includes; attending client photoshoots to capture content, creating social media graphics, and creating compelling copy for social purposes (i.e. captions, etc.)
- Overseeing and approving content created by the Social Media Content Coordinator before being sent to clients and scheduled to go live.
- Help drive the production of highly shareable content by working closely with clients, account managers, and other internal teams.
- This includes; collaborating with other teams to create effective strategies, being involved in onboarding meetings with clients and account managers, and participating in monthly and/or quarterly calls to discuss client needs and wants.
- Management of accounts on core social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- This includes; monthly social calendars, community management, and regular updates to social pages.
- Make sure all posts per client are scheduled accurately in Sprout Social, and in accordance with the Google Sheets content calendar.
- Check for any last-minute traffic that needs to go live via Asana or traffic emails from Account Managers
- Create and/or edit graphics/raw content sent from clients using platforms such as Photoshop and Canva to curate monthly social schedules that will go live across all social platforms. This includes; photos, videos, gifs, ads, and Reels
- Research relevant content to share on social accounts per client
- Create copy for each graphic (captions for each post)
- Tag products in posts from FB shops (if applicable)
- Connect with Paid Social Media Managers to get monthly social calendars approved by each client. Make adjustments if needed.
- Once approved, schedule all content in Sprout Social.
- Plan for Reels per client.
Collaborate on any and all social media content and copy as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Social Media experience
- Excellent Copywriting Skills
- Proficient in Canva & Sprout Social
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social media emerging platforms
- Excellent understanding of social media strategies and ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to provide creative thinking across a variety of projects
- Advertising Agency experience is a HUGE plus
