THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator’s primary role is to support the Marketing department in executing the overall marketing strategy for the venue. This position is responsible for posting across multiple social media platforms, effectively communicating in the company’s voice to its followers, and growing that following. The Marketing Coordinator will play a role in the development and execution of new creative marketing initiatives as well as community outreach programs designed to cultivate relationships to grow the company’s presence and customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties

Digital Marketing Support

● Collaborate on an integrated, multi-level and coordinated marketing and sales strategy with cross-functional teams.

● Proficient in Shopify Plus platform to make edits to copy, swap imagery, and manage discount codes. Lead the refresh and updates for the Recipe Section of the website.

● Review Hestan Culinary’s current retail partner’s websites to recommend A+ imagery and content. Distribute A+ content to new retailers as needed, in the format as requested.

● Review, recommend and implement current POP display material for improvements to Hestan Culinary’s brand image and messaging.

● Develop and manage sales associate incentive programs

● Work with sales reps and global Marketing Arms to make sure that assets are being used on retailers websites and that they are aware of all of our content.

Experience and Skills Required

Role Overview

The role of the Senior Content Marketer is to plan, execute, measure, and optimize our social media presence, organic content, and paid ads. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Vaco SF team! The overall goals for this Marketing Specialist role include optimizing engagement via social media and other relevant applications. A key component to this role is knowing how to strategically integrate current techniques and trends within the marketing industry into our current business model.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather relevant supporting data by market analysis, information analytics, and other tools

* Lead or assist with the implementation of Marketing initiatives, report on the results, and make or suggest improvements

* Assist with digital communication efforts such as email and social outreach * Help organize and participate in outreach and community events

* Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social properties

* Have a passionate interest and ear for listening within all social communities to identify content gaps or negative sentiment and preemptively address consumer needs and mitigate negative publicity

* Identify real-time trending topics, share inspiration and initiate efforts appropriately * Create and deliver weekly social/digital results report for management review * Work with various departments to help manage lead generation campaign activities

and optimize campaign performance through testing and segmentation * Edit images and short videos with a brand and campaign feel for YouTube /Instagram/Facebook

* Create and develop a variety of campaigns on Instagram/Instagram Stories/Facebook /Tik Tok/ Facebook Ads/ YouTube.

* Website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development and tracking analytics

* Run and maintain office (and Managing Partner’s) social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates

* Support the practice of tracking incoming leads/prospects and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly

* Self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential. You have to produce results without needing supervision

* Must be a decisive, action-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial drive. * Coach others on current digital marketing social media skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative social media manager to manager our short form video content strategy on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and TikTok. As one of the leaders of our social media team, you will be responsible for executing social media content in alignment with our strategy for clients that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and grow their audience on these platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a natural leader who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short form video content strategies for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging and visually compelling content that aligns with our client’s brand voice, values, and goals.
