Role Description and Expectations:
As Senior Broadcast Producer, you will bring Deloitte broadcast and video content ideas to life. You are many things: a maker, a leader and a production mentor for junior producers and video team members. This position will focus on broadcast production, but will also execute video and digital content projects. You are a production partner for the creatives and will work closely with the Executive Producer and Supervising Producer to ensure all projects are appropriately scoped, staffed and executed.
You are the person who gets the work made, while keeping production budgets top of mind and driving creative quality. You also know who to call – vendors, directors, creative partners, production houses, freelance individuals, etc. You are confident in the end-to-end making of commercials and trafficking them. From conception through post-production and the delivery of final assets, you are a seasoned professional. Team members look up to you, colleagues have you on speed dial and project managers AND creatives trust you to deliver.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide production leadership for broadcast projects and broadcast client portfolios
- Create broadcast content and broadcast quality content as a lead produce
- Consistently deliver accurate scopes and budgets for broadcast and content deliverables
- Build and foster creative partnerships, both within Deloitte and with external vendors
- Collaborate with the creative team across all clients
- Respond to new production requests from within Deloitte as a consultative scoping partner
- Mentor junior producers and video team members on broadcast production
- Collaborate with the internal video production team by providing producer support
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field is an asset or equivalent work experience in the production, broadcast, content and/or show development
- A reel and/or case studies will be required for the interview process for this position
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in broadcast production at an agency
- Experience producing US commercials is a plus
- Experience working with clients in life sciences and/or pharma is an asset
- Experience as an integrated producer is a plus if broadcast requirements are satisfied
Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
