The studio is looking to bring in an experienced producer who can shape and own the production elements as they continue to grow. It’s a great opportunity for a passionate individual to really carve out their space in a hugely supportive and diverse environment.

A bit about you…

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile games production
  • Excellent project management skills, you are structured, highly organised and exceptionally action orientated
  • Sharp business sense and the ability to see the big picture
  • You have experience in all parts of the production lifecycle from concept through to Release/Live Ops
  • You have managed small/medium sized multidisciplinary teams and know how to ensure everyone is driving towards unified goals.
  • Experienced in Agile/Scrum and sprint management
  • You’re flexible – you attack ambiguity with a problem-solving mindset and good humour
  • You’re composed – you remain level headed when problems occur close to a deadline
  • Superb interpersonal skills – you’re friendly, approachable and collaborative
  • Proficient in JIRA/Shortcut, Confluence/Notion or similar

Job Responsibilities

  • Research interview subjects and develop compelling interview questions

  • Conduct on-camera interviews with cast members and contributors

  • Collaborate with directors and story producers to align interviews with narrative goals
