We currently have an opening for a Graphics Localization Producer. This position is located in Burbank, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish & oversee graphics production teams to localize graphics at any stage, from origination through to final delivery, across a broad spectrum of formats, platforms, and devices
- Work closely with creative leads, designers, and graphic production teams to generate localized graphics and content under tight deadlines
- Generate, update and maintain highly organized supporting documentation
- Create, track, manage and implement project schedules and timelines
- Research, initiate, track and communicate legal clearances
- Interface directly with clients and varied client infrastructures and platforms
- Address budgeting, pricing and market projections as requested
- Build and ensure consistent and thorough QC procedures of all elements throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Engage and support interdepartmental teams, workflows, and initiatives
- Manage multiple ongoing titles, teams, and responsibilities of varying degrees of complexity simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience working in localization workflows with 2+ years work experience producing Home Entertainment products
- Exceptional client service skills
- Deep understanding of graphic design and graphic production workflows
- Deep knowledge and experience in working with entertainment studio’s release schedules, security protocols, creative and technical requirements
- Demonstrates superior strategic thinking, planning and implementation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Expertise in the application of UI and UX across a broad spectrum of formats, platforms, and devices
- Strong written and verbal communication ability and a clear commitment to the critcal value of keeping clients, as well as, internal and external teams up-to-date
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative environment
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel. Skill with Keynote, Pages, Numbers a plus
- Experience in video content production and editorial a plus

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. They will work closely with the Producers, Videographers and Editors on staff to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest technical and aesthetic standards. - Assist with research and ordering of equipment.
- Support with reporting and tracking maintenance and repairs of production equipment.
- Ingest media into company’s archiving system and prepare media for Editors.
- Log footage and edit basic to intermediate level projects.
- Operate additional cameras as needed for production needs including live events.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
