Job Description

A growing Bay Area brand is seeking on-camera Social Media Marketing & Content Creators for a hybrid role supporting digital campaigns and live event activations. Selected talent will create engaging short-form video content while helping represent the brand at local pop-up events and community experiences.

This opportunity is ideal for outgoing, creative individuals who are comfortable on camera and excited to help grow an expanding business through social media storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and post content 4–5 times per week (minimum 20 videos per month)

• Develop and execute content calendars

• Produce and edit TikTok and Instagram Reel content

• Strategize content remotely and in person

• Highlight vendors and brand collaborations

• Attend virtual and in-person meetings

• Appear at up to 4 Bay Area events per month to capture and create content

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on camera

• Strong creative ideation and storytelling skills

• Experience with TikTok and Instagram content creation

• Ability to interact confidently with customers at live events

• Flexible schedule

• Ability to travel to East Bay and other Bay Area event locations

• Must be able to attend virtual and in-person meetings as needed

Compensation Details

• $500 monthly rate

• 90-day paid trial period

• Social media content phone provided

• Opportunity to transition to W-2 full-time or 1099 contractor after three months based on performance and company growth

• Potential hourly rate range of $20–$25 per hour after review
