Office Manager | On-site at Culver City Office
Compensation: $25/hour (non-exempt)
- Greet and direct visitors upon arrival
- Work with building landlord on various maintenance issues, and coordinate any employee
moves which may include furniture installation, etc.
- Coordinate repair of any office equipment, such as microwave ovens, sinks (garbage disposals),
refrigerators, copy machines or any other office equipment as directed.
- Order and coordinate furniture installations as needed
- Work with architects, planners, etc., on any office expansion or reconfiguration
- Coordinate on-site meetings for 401k & benefits partners
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate contact; take messages when necessary
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Order office and parking badges for new employees
- Sustain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Order and organize groceries for the office
- Update calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel for Executives
- Reserve conference rooms for meetings
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies
- Assist the leadership team in daily duties as needed
- Provide parking validation to visitors
- Order breakfast/lunch as needed for client and internal office meetings
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you
- Perform ad-hoc duties as directed
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree
- 2+ years of customer service
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Problem Solver and able to work independently
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Help maintain a professional, positive, and friendly work environment

We currently have an opening for a Graphics Localization Producer. This position is located in Burbank, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish & oversee graphics production teams to localize graphics at any stage, from origination through to final delivery, across a broad spectrum of formats, platforms, and devices
- Work closely with creative leads, designers, and graphic production teams to generate localized graphics and content under tight deadlines
- Generate, update and maintain highly organized supporting documentation
- Create, track, manage and implement project schedules and timelines
- Research, initiate, track and communicate legal clearances
- Interface directly with clients and varied client infrastructures and platforms
- Address budgeting, pricing and market projections as requested
- Build and ensure consistent and thorough QC procedures of all elements throughout the project’s lifecycle
- Engage and support interdepartmental teams, workflows, and initiatives
- Manage multiple ongoing titles, teams, and responsibilities of varying degrees of complexity simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience working in localization workflows with 2+ years work experience producing Home Entertainment products
- Exceptional client service skills
- Deep understanding of graphic design and graphic production workflows
- Deep knowledge and experience in working with entertainment studio’s release schedules, security protocols, creative and technical requirements
- Demonstrates superior strategic thinking, planning and implementation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Expertise in the application of UI and UX across a broad spectrum of formats, platforms, and devices
- Strong written and verbal communication ability and a clear commitment to the critcal value of keeping clients, as well as, internal and external teams up-to-date
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative environment
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel. Skill with Keynote, Pages, Numbers a plus
- Experience in video content production and editorial a plus

Primary Responsibilities
- Managing the creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to digital storefronts such as iTunes, Netflix and Amazon
- Establishing a solid understanding of specific client specifications and needs
- Managing multiple Digital Distribution projects from client order to delivery completion
- Building strong working relationships with clients and focusing on delivering the highest quality assets on time
- Liaising with multiple clients and Digital Partners and maintaining clear communication
- Managing complex projects from beginning to end in a timely manner
- Developing project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control
- Managing, monitoring, and updating all timelines and setting realistic expectations for day to day deliveries to clients
- Performing order entries based on client requests and ensuring final deliveries are within the expected timeframe
- Working with the billing team to ensure projects are billed correctly and on time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience in media industry and post-production workflows
