Job Description
A production is seeking men and women of all ethnicities to appear in a firehouse scene. Talent will portray everyday personnel and background characters in a business-casual environment. Firefighter roles require a clean-shaven appearance, while all other roles have no facial hair restrictions. Applicants must be local to Chicago, surrounding suburbs, or nearby border states.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray firehouse personnel or background characters naturally on camera

• Follow instructions from the on-set team

• Arrive wardrobe-ready in business-casual attire

• Maintain continuity and professionalism throughout the shoot

• Be fully available for the scheduled filming date

Requirements

• Male and female talent, ages 20–60, all ethnicities

• Clean-shaven requirement applies only to firefighter roles

• Must not have worked on the production within the previous week

• Must be local to the Chicago area or nearby states

• Ability to appear in business-casual wardrobe

• Must be available for the filming date

• Clothing measurements needed:

  • Men: height, weight, suit jacket, T-shirt, neck, sleeve, waist, inseam, shoe

  • Women: height, weight, T-shirt, dress, pants, shoe

Compensation

• Standard background rate based on production guidelines

White Shirt Firefighter Role (Male, 30s–50s)

Job Description
A production is seeking an African American male actor to portray a clean-shaven firefighter with short hair for an upcoming scene. This role requires strong on-camera presence, professionalism, and the ability to take direction well. Talent must be fully available for both a wardrobe fitting and the filming date.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a firefighter in a white-shirt position with confidence and authenticity

• Follow on-set instructions from the production team

• Maintain continuity in appearance throughout filming

• Arrive on time for both the fitting and shoot

• Work professionally with cast and crew in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• African American male, 30s to 50s

• Clean-shaven with short hair

• Current hairstyle must match submitted photo

• No hats, sunglasses, headshots, or professional comp cards in submitted photo

• Photo must show full face and hair with no cropping

• Must be local to Chicago, surrounding suburbs, or nearby border states

• Must be available for both the fitting and filming

• Ability to work a full day on set

Compensation

• $132.80 for 8 hours

• Time-and-a-half after 8 hours

• Wardrobe fitting: $40/2
